Josh was fantastic. Updating us on his arrival times and explaining how to operate the garage door. They worked efficiently and left our property spotless. We love our new garage door.

Had to wait about 6 weeks after the proposed date as they forgot to order the door.
The installation was fine

I have now been waiting since mid March for them to come back and repair damage caused to the paint finish during installation. I have messaged so many times and keep being promised that they will return. Still no show
I paid straight away ( mistake )
Their aftersales service is very very poor

The team were fantastic, excellent communication the guys gave great advice on products and knew what they were talking about, pricing was very competitive compared to others, but for me it was the team who went above and beyond, I felt comfortable and confident with them, they arrived when promised and did a great job in a quick time

I’m looking to get our garage door upgraded, so thought I’d try this lot who I noticed via a Facebook advert and they were offering free surveys.

Their representative calls me and tries to give me an actual quote over the phone without first attending, even though I said I didn’t yet know spec of what I wanted, hence me requesting an in person survey, so this can be discussed at that time.

Well, said rep appeared to be very put out by my not unreasonable request and huffily asked for my details, at which point I told them to forget it.

Have since arranged surveys with Gorolla & Crocodile, both of whom were very happy to help in a courteous and non pushy way.

AVOID THIS LOT.

Communication is definitely not their strongest point but if you can cope with constantly ringing them the installation and door is great!!

Communication at the start could have been better with a few misunderstandings regarding the day to come and measure my garage door but i stuck with Roll Right due to family having good experiences with their garage door from this company. Great price nowhere could beat them in price and very happy with how my garage door looks
