Great customer service
I completely messed up my order - ordered the wrong thing (Thule fitting kit); opened the box before I realised; returned it to these guys with some of the parts missing. And I have to say they were brilliant - they were understanding, proactive and responsive, and made sure I ended up with the right thing in the end.

Poor customer service refused refund
Paid £14.95 for express next day delivery after speaking with the shop to post out 4 bolts. The package failed to arrive on time for our holiday which is not the shops fault. However I had to chase twice for my refund of the bolts which were returned to sender, they then refused to refund any of the express delivery charge even though all delivery companies offer refunds on failed timed express delivery. Even when I stated I was happy to pay the standard delivery charge and just get back the difference. Total rip off.

Did the job nicely - great rack.
Chris Moore said it all. This is a great company. My Thule Euro classic 926 G6 (with fourth extension) arrived promptly and was well packaged. A little too well packaged dare I say! All online. No problems. Next day arrival. The Euro Classic is a huge produce and I can only imagine that the logistics of shifting this must have been pretty complex. Well done!

This is one of the most efficient companies I have ever dealt with. I have a rather odd-ball vehicle and they handled my enquiry for roof bars in a very professional manner. Pleasure to do business with and my Thule rack kit arrived the very next day. If you need a roof rack/bars for you car, look no further.

Great service & Quick delivery
This Company is part of or owned by Snowchains.co.uk.
I recently ordered roof bars and a roof box from these, which came well packaged and was delivered the next day (not saying I did pay for the next day delivery @ £14.95) which I think is reasonable for a large roof box, even so £5.95 for a 2-3 day delivery is pretty good. They also matched the keys of the locks on the bars, to the one for the box at no extra cost.
Over all a very pleasant experience .
