Clean and modern. Never a problem.

Whilst my experience was mostly good and i would reccomend Roomia i was pretty dissapointed in the amount of dust etc from the mezzanine floor that fell in my storage unit. It was by no means "Clean"

Also when i first joined they had a promotion where you could pay in advance and get a discount which i did. Then a few months later they started charging me again. Roomia however where onto this within 6 months and obviously fixed up the error without issue.

All in all it was OK.

I am a repeat customer and returned after a year to put some storage back at Roomia Butler and I live in Victoria Park. I could just as easily put my things at a storage facility nearby and there are plenty, but I travel 46 kms north as I liked your facilities and was there when you first opened up in butler. You also have a good Manager-Scott who takes care of his customers and builds good relationships with his customers. Thanks, and it's good to be back!

I was so impressed at how high tech everything is. Really amazing experience for our first self storage and huge thanks to Scott who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Cannot recommend Roomia Butler enough!

Efficient and helpful and welcoming friendly staff

We needed to accommodate furniture for a second home. We had an unknown period between vacating the original home and acquiring the new one - and no space in our main home. A unit of the right size close to our home with level access was available. The month-to-month contract removed any pressure to be in the new home on a specific date and allowed us to take our time finding the right house and location. Easy to deal with and no security problems.

From moving my belongings into Roomia to moving out 18mths later I was very happy with the service, great people to deal with. Easy access anytime I needed it, and safe and secure, I highly recommend this storage facility.
