Order never came!
Placed an order 2 weeks ago, no update despite saying on their website it ships within 2 days. Emailed twice, contacted on instagram absolutely no response at all. Thought it was a scam as only got this company served to me via insta. Contacted bank for refund as it’s clear I won’t be getting my product. Zero customer service not even an email to say it will be delayed. Avoid!!!

My order didn't arrive so I contacted Root2tip. They sent out another order that was incomplete and had an item missing. They also sent out a different order that I had already received and didn't need. I offered to send back the order I don't need and asked for the missing item to be sent. This still hasn't been resolved 2 weeks later. I'm disappointed as this isn't the level of service I usually receive from them.
It would be helpful for someone to contact me directly with an explanation/update as I still need my missing item to be sent!

I love these products for my toddler…
I love these products for my toddler daughter, it’s the only thing I will use now. The honey rain juice is excellent for detangling, even my son uses it now. Customer service is very good too, any issue I’ve had has been adequately rectified.
We won't use any other products again!
I recently used the Honey Rain Juice detangler and leave in conditioner on my daughter’s hair, which had become quite matted. With the help of my son, we used the spray and gently finger-detangled the knots — and it worked like magic!
Her hair looks absolutely amazing now and best of all, she no longer gets upset when it’s time to do her hair. That’s a huge win for us.
I’ve since ordered more products and I’m so excited to try them out. Thank you again for creating such an effective and gentle solution — it's truly made a difference in our routine!
Amazing product
Amazing product - it’s made such a difference to my daughter’s hair after just the first use! I love that it’s all natural too as my child is only 2 and suffers from eczema. Customer service is also top notch - I sent photo’s of her hair and was given advice on the best product combination for her.

I don't even know where to start with this review.
I like some of root2tip's products. And have referred people to them in the past.
The issue I've got today has been left unresolved by the company since my first email to them on 30th January 25. I don't receive emails from them unless I email and ask where my order is. Each time they reply, they send 'apologies and your order will be sent out Monday/tomorrow... Etc'
This as I said before has been going on since 30th January. It's unacceptable.
I ordered the 250ml protein treatment, but was sent two 100ml pouches. I asked for money off, but the company said they'd send another pouch. And as of today 3rd April, still nothing.
In the last email received on 13th March I was told it'd be sent out on Monday. 🤷🏾♀️
"Hi Samantha,
You have actually received the full 250 ml. The pouches are filled to 130ml each. I apologise you have not yet received the extra pouch however we have only just received stock.
This will ship on Monday.
Have you used the product?
The pouch states 100ml but is always overfilled. You are not to know that.
Also apologise for the lack of communication. We have had an issue with our couriers and it has taken all of our time.

So, while I don't like to leave one star reviews on black owned businesses, customer service is key.
If they had put in the package an apology for not sending what I'd ordered, but here's a 20% off your next order. There would have
been No complaints from me.
Maybe the fault of the Packers? - who knows.
I won't be purchasing from here again, and it's a shame. It's been almost 3 months with no resolution.
