Customer care was great, I had a chat first about my sons hair type and was given advice on what would suit his hair type.
The first delivery was delayed by Royal Mail a replacement was swiftly sent out.
I purchased the Back to School set for my 10 yr old mix heritage son.
He’s been using the products for two weeks now with great results. His hair is soft with defined curls. He also likes the smell.
It has taken me a long time to find products that suit his hair. I like that the products are natural and actually condition his hair.
I will be purchasing these products from now on and recommend them to others.

After failing to find suitable products for my daughters hair, I finally took the plunge and ordered from Root2tip..When I say this product is the bomb, there are no lies being told.
My littlens hair is soft, no frizz, easy to manage and stays hydrated and moisturised for over a week if not more. I would definitely not hesitate to purchase again, my only wish is that the bottles (cowash) was a little bigger..I am so convinced that I now must invest in something for my own hair! Definitely a life changer!

Excellent products so far. The kids shampoo left my daughter's hair really nice and clean but not stripped and the sunshine cream is great too. The combo hives me hope thay my daughter's dry phase wil pass soon and her bald spots will soon be a thing of the past. Highly recommend!!!!

Delivery was great. Products feel good in my daughters hair. Had an issue with the children's leave in conditioner at it had a different label from whats on the Web page and invoice so I got confused at what it was but that was quickly rectified by them after informing them.

Fast delivery, really happy with my products, honey rain juice is so nice and gentle for my 2 year old and detangles really well.
