Ordered 2 roses. One was out of stock and we were sent the wrong rose in place of the other. When I rang up customer services they arranged to send out the correct rose and we were allowed to keep the incorrect rose.

Beautiful, healthy rose bush
Pleased with the packaging of this rose bush as it arrived relatively unscathed, just a few bits of soil/bark in the bottom of the box. Beautiful, healthy rose bush, with new shoots appearing all the time. Only one 'negative', but it's a personal thing, could have possibly had more intensive care instructions for someone like me, who even manages to kill weeds without trying hard. I now have to try and keep this alive until spring when I can plant it outside.

Superb!

Pink 90th birthday rose
The rose arrived in pristine condition.
