Rosewood Surveyors is a very professional and thorough surveyor company.
My RICS level 3 Survey was received next day with all photographs and discriptions of findings. A very detaild report. He also provided approximate costs involved for remedial work. Money well spent to get peace of mind latter.

James set out what would happen and what we would be getting in terms of a report. All technical jargon was explained and we were advised how each type of survey / report would meet our needs which enabled us to make an informed choice. Our expectations were fully met and James was always readily available to answer any of our concerns.

WOW! I cannot believe how great our experience was, in just 4 working days from requesting the survey we had the survey! Booking was very simple and on the same day of inspection we had our level 3 report that evening. Could not recommend more!

You know you have chosen well when you have to wait sometime to have your house surveyed, due to the surveyor being so busy.

The company offered a very fair fee to survey a property in Wales that I am interested in buying. I then received a follow up call from Jade, the office manager.
She was very helpful and answered a number of questions that I had, having felt reassured by her, she advised me they had a surveyor who was in the area of my intended purchase in a few days, so I decided to proceed, the survey was conducted promptly and I received a detailed report within a couple of days, and was able to speak to the surveyor directly who explained several details that I was unsure about.

Rosewood Surveyors carried out a Level 3 RICS Survey for a property we were looking at purchasing. The survey was carried out without any hiccups, they arranged access with the vendor and the report was issued very quickly. They provided prompt responses to emails. Overall, a great service and I would highly recommend using Rosewood Surveyors!

James was very helpful with our survey. The only thing i could say is that i would prefer more details for a level 3 survey comparing with a level 2 survey.

James carried out our level 3 survey, the deatil was great and raised a few things we would have otherwise missed. I spoke to James after receiving the report to discuss a few points and he was more than happy to give me some of his time. Will happily use Rosewood again in the future.

We did a lot of research when deciding on who to use as our surveyor on our house purchase. We decided to go with Rosewood as the price was competitive and the sample survey they sent to us looked comprehensive.
The survey was conducted with 10 day and we received a very detailed report. I arranged a call with James to help answer some questions we had and was very satisfied with the service received.
