Beware! Very difficult returns system

The process was OK until I wanted to return.
It states quite clearly on the website BEFORE purchasing that Rosyday has a 30 day easy returns system. However, AFTER purchasing, I have found and indeed am finding the returns system nigh on impossible!! There is no process or procedure available clearly on the website, and it’s only when you dig right in that you realise you have to email them in order for them to ‘authorise’ a refund on items that simply don’t fit. I have emailed Rosyday to implement such a return and have not received any response from them. Very sharp practice. I will never order from them again, and will pass it on others to beware of using this site as returns are so difficult and outdated.

BUYERS BEWARE - Impossible to get a refund

Terrible customer service and no hope of getting a refund. I have been contacting Rosyday every day for 2 weeks to return an unwanted item. I keep getting an automated reply asking for more details and pictures. I email my reply with my reasons for a refund including pictures of me in a too small swimsuit!!! (I’d rather not send them) and just received the same automated reply back. They are not actually dealing with the issue that the item is too small and I want a refund. I ordered a 12 but the order went through as a 10! - no way would I have ordered a 10. At first I thought this was my error but I have noted reviews show the same error has arisen with other purchasers. So, maybe this is a a deliberate system error to take our money and not offer a refund? Can only contact via email - no phone number. Very unhappy and won’t buy from this company again as their refund policy process, does not work. A very disgruntled customer - BUYERS BEWARE

Loved the dress but rubbish customer service

Loved the dress, somehow managed to order and pay for 2 struggling to return one. I have emailed with no reply and attempted to contact by phone but no answer. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service on returning the item and am concerned that I won’t have any contact from them within the specified return period.
EDIT: I have contacted the email provided as instructed and received no reply. Dress is unopened as per their own instructions on the website as well. Absolutely horrible service from beginning to end I do not recommend in any shape or form.

Dresses looked awful on me!

I ordered, and received, two dresses. Big mistake - They looked awful on me. I am a normal size 12/14 (5’6” tall and 130lb). When I asked for the return address I was told Shanghai. Return postage for this weight would have been around £30. I had not realised that I was buying direct from China. After several emails I agreed to accept an 80% refund. I have to admit that the refund was made quite quickly. I still had the two dresses so I took them to a charity shop.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered and received a bikini from this company (which wasn't cheap) which was too small (their sizing is way off) so followed instructions to the letter to receive a returns note.
However I have now had 5 generic emails all the same, asking for the same information. Have tried replying to all of these but just keep getting the same generic one back.
Getting very fed up with this - will never buy anything from this company again!!!! If I could give it no stars I would! Everything ships from China but they say they are an english company!!!
