Needs to improve customer service

Ordered 2 swimsuits for holiday. Followed their sizing recommendations, but still too big and material not great. Have sent 3 emails and received no response. At 1st I would have been happy to try smaller size but now I’m asking for full refund. Lesson learned don’t buy from Facebook. Definitely would not would not buy from this company

I have finally received contact from this seller. They have stated they will issue a full refund. For which I’m grateful.
I have therefore edited my previous review at their request.
I hope they sort out the all important customer service problems soon.

Not the cotton mix I expected - but good customer service

Ordered some loose cotton mix ladies tops in subtle colours. When they arrived, they were a heavier polyester and elastane and in brighter shades than expected. They seem well made but are just not suitable for me.

I contacted Customer Service who responded promptly and was very pleased with the outcome.

Poor customer service

I purchased an order that was unsatisfactory. I have contacted the customer services 4 times to return item and each time receive a standard email with no instructions as to how to return item. Appalling customer service, would definitely not recommend!

Good product but very poor returns policy

Although the product (a bikini) was very nice, good quality and would have been great had it fitted me (!!) it didn’t! Not their fault but the problem was they would only offer a partial refund OR send it back involving a big postage cost and no assurance they would receive it back in China! If you can’t do an easy return or full money back then sorry but you shouldn’t be selling!

Beware! Very difficult returns system

The process was OK until I wanted to return.
It states quite clearly on the website BEFORE purchasing that Rosyday has a 30 day easy returns system. However, AFTER purchasing, I have found and indeed am finding the returns system nigh on impossible!! There is no process or procedure available clearly on the website, and it’s only when you dig right in that you realise you have to email them in order for them to ‘authorise’ a refund on items that simply don’t fit. I have emailed Rosyday to implement such a return and have not received any response from them. Very sharp practice. I will never order from them again, and will pass it on others to beware of using this site as returns are so difficult and outdated.
