You sent the wrong size

Ordered two bikinis from Roseday and they are absolutely gorgeous! The colors and prints are beautiful. the customer service was helpful dealing with queries.

I was happy with the items but one was wrong size the other to small but happy shopping at Rosyday.

Dresses was amazing metaral and would shop again there and communication was good

Sadly I need a refund this time but they are really lovely dresses as shown in advert , nicely packaged & arrived within the time frame

The dresses were nice but not suitable for me, so I have asked for a full refund.

The product was a T.shirt with a bra attached however there was no bra & just an expensive T.Shirt. Very disappointing.

Goods took a long time to arrive, not helped by using an unreliable courier. Items not as expected on arrival, not easy to contact the company for returning and refund

The quality of the garments was great and the colours as shown. Unfortunately the size I ordered was the wrong one. Making contact with the company was a challenge but I got there in the end! Was offered a refund. Delivery was prompt too.

The dress quality was excellent but I had to return due to sizing.

The company gave me a great service dealing with this. Thank you.

I was very pleased with the two tops I bought so much so I've bought 3 more. Only given 4 stars because of the time it takes to actually receive the orders. 23 April placed order. Received 2 June! I was beginning to think I'd been scammed and contacted Customer Service who thankfully responded very quickly to reassure me my order was on its way. I must say as the tops were perfect. It was worth the wait. I cannot comment on how returns are handled. I would consider ordering again from this company but would need to know their policy on Returns first, having just been bitten by another company I ordered something from at the same time.

Products aren’t bad, but trying to get a refund. The customer service email address doesn’t work. I’ve sent a form over their website and still no reply not even to confirm they’ve received my form. Not happy with the service at all and will not be making any other purchases if I do not get a refund.

Garments took several weeks to arrive, not the promised three days. When they finally came they looked nothing like the ones on the website. I ordered the correct size but they were way too big, and were made from nasty nylon material, not “premium cotton blend” the website claimed. They have gone straight in the recycling bag as I will never wear them and there is no returns information provided. Never again!

I ordered a tankini set which arrived quicker than I was expecting. However, the top was much too tight around the bust area. The tankini itself was of good quality and a lovely colour. I have asked to return and will order a larger size. Will definitely use this company again.

The quality of the goods is well below standard I’m very dissatisfied sizes are way too small. I’m trying to find out how to return these goods and get a full refund.

Good choice lovely product good material and a great fit

I ordered 3 blouses and 1 t-shirt. Arrived quite quickly but disappointing quality. The blouses are all 100% synthetic, not a cotton blend as described. The fit is also poor, a M&S size 18 is big on me but the 2XL is tight.
The T-shirt is OK (but still 100% synthetic).
