I ordered 2 tops for work that were…

I ordered 2 tops for work that were described as cotton blend. What arrived was a polyester and spandex mix. These aren't suitable for my work enviornment.
I have requested a return 3 times providing order numbers and photographic evidence but keep getting the same automated response.

Giving 1 star is actually generous

Giving 1 star is actually generous. I ordered and the dress took forever to get to me. Was far too small the material shockingly bad. I emailed to return. I was told no returns but they would give me a refund. he refund has not turned up after 2 months of emailing and hearing nothing back

Poor Customer Service for Returns

Having emailed on 3 occasions requesting a Return Material Authorization, I have received 3 generic emails headed ‘Thanks for your understanding!’ with the body of the email giving me helpful information for common inquiries. This is not what I have asked for so please respond to my request so that I can return my order and receive a full refund of £51.45.

Appalling service

I placed an order on 25/5/26 - didn’t arrive till the end of June.
Requested to return some of the items but keep being sent a standard customer assistance email. No authorisation to return sent .
Appalling service- do not use this company unless you’re prepared to lose what you’ve spent.

Update

After I posted this review Rosyday refunded the items I wished to return. I’m happy with the outcome but shouldn’t have had to resort to publicly complaining about the company and its service to effect a refund.

Slip on bell sleeved dress

The package arrived left on doorstep even though I was at home. The packaging was slashed through both inner and outer. Had the delivery stopped i would not have accepted yhe package. The button holes were too small to get the buttons through. The material was dreadful and the dress smelt awful. I failed my complaint but got no response! A piece of rubbish

No delivery of items ordered.

I ordered two dresses several months ago. Despite having several emails telling.me that they are on their way, they still haven't arrived. I assume the dresses are coming from China not the UK.
The dresses arrived on the 29th June! The dresses are made in China and the material is mainly polyster

If I could give this company zero stars…

If I could give this company zero stars I would. It gives you the impression it’s a uk company despatching from uk. Whereas in reality the item took over three weeks to arrive from China. It was exactly the same item you can buy from temu at a third of the cost. I have been told NOT to open the parcel if I want to return it. They are ignoring my e mails when I ask for the address to return the item. I would avoid at all costs. I can only imagine that some of the reviews may not be truthful.

Poor customer service

I bought an item on the 6th June and never received any updates as to when the delivery would be made. Finally arrived on the 23rd and it doesn’t fit. I have emailed three email addresses requesting details on how to get a refund and not heard anything back. I really need a refund and no reply
I have been asked by the company to update my review as they are sending me a refund. I have waited a few days to see if this happens and it hasn’t and therefore I won’t be updating my review. I am still waiting for my refund. Do not use this company

Not good experience returning the item

But the product information was wrong for the clothes
