Poor customer service

I bought an item on the 6th June and never received any updates as to when the delivery would be made. Finally arrived on the 23rd and it doesn’t fit. I have emailed three email addresses requesting details on how to get a refund and not heard anything back. I really need a refund and no reply
I have been asked by the company to update my review as they are sending me a refund. I have waited a few days to see if this happens and it hasn’t and therefore I won’t be updating my review. I am still waiting for my refund. Do not use this company

Terrible garment. Not as advertised . Very poor quality .
Almost impossible to contact re returns/refund. Had to contact my bank for charge back .

Not good experience returning the item

Ordering experience was good,
But the product information was wrong for the clothes
On website said cotton blend. When I received they no cotton in it. It seem polyester.

Helpful email address to get a refund

I ordered a bikini. The quality of the product is not in question- it just didn't suit me. I followed the return instructions to get a return label in order to return the item and get a refund. I tried 4 times. I was sent the same system generated email FOUR times in response. There is no CS telephone number. In the end, in desperation, I read the Rosyday reviews and realised I am not the only one who has suffered in this way. I got an email address from another reviewer and emailed them directly. I got my money refunded, and was told to keep the bikini, within 48 hours. Hopefully this will help someone else. I am not allowed to post the email here but you can find it in the review response from Rosyday CS to another recent customer!
I will never buy from this Company again. Life it too short!

After purchasing a product from Rosyday…poor customer service.

After purchasing a product from Rosyday I have been trying to make a return. They obviously do not want to refund me as I have sent all the information they have asked for including photos but they only reply on numerous occasions with the same standard letter and not sending a return label. I will not be purchasing any further products from the and would urge anyone not to as well. After posting my review I was contacted and my problem was revolved.

Not allowed to return my clothing!2

I bought three tops from rosyday and on arrival they were not as expected. The tops were so long that they looked more like night shirts and were excessively large so I wanted to return them. I have written numerous times asking for a returns label or QR code and each time I get sent the same generic email asking me for my order No, a photo of the garments and my email. Each and every time I have sent this and now they are choosing to ignoring my emails. Do NOT purchase from this company. Not the way to treat your customers Rosyday.

I placed an order for 2 dresses in red,after payment i realised i ordered 2 of the same colour,before they were shipped i asked for a red and blue one by email,i had no response,so sent another email,same no response,when they arrived,i had 2 red ones,i sent a email to ask if i could return one in exchange for a blue one,same no response,so i will either throw it away or donate to a charity.

The clothes come from China, so delivery takes a while

The clothes that they advertise look lovely. The site however is not a UK one, so deliveries are minimum two weeks.
The dress I ordered end of May was despatched 4 June arrived 19 June
The dress is as pictured, a pretty print and true to size. A very lightweight material. Happy with it
