The clothes come from China, so delivery takes a while

The clothes that they advertise look lovely. The site however is not a UK one, so deliveries are minimum two weeks.
The dress I ordered end of May was despatched 4 June arrived 19 June
The dress is as pictured, a pretty print and true to size. A very lightweight material. Happy with it

Rosyday’s return provess

I emailed Rosyday on June 4th informing them that the item I had ordered was too small and that I wanted to return it and asked them to send me a return label.
16 days later I am still waiting for the return label!!

July 2nd
I received a very nice reply from Rosyday with a different email address to contact asking me to submit my Order number.
I replied on June 25th and sent a follow up email on June 29th but still no reply…..

Cannot get hold of the company to place a return.
Have sent 2 separate emails with no reply weeks apart, would not deal or purchase from this company again.
Quality of items received was not good either, cheep material and poor design!

What a terrible company please do not…

What a terrible company please do not use. My dress arrived made from material that was like plastic and scratchy. Tried numerous times to return it with just an automated response to my emails. They finally offered to refund me 100 % off only if I would leave a 5 star positive review. This is surely illegal!!!
Update. I finally got my refund after many emails and messages so have increased rating to two stars. But still a terrible process and they only refunded me because of this review. The process to return an item should be included within the parcel.

Scammers!

I ordered four dresses of which only three arrived. I contacted them to let them know that the fourth wasn't in the parcel and that regardless, I wanted to return the other three as their clothes are of very poor quality. I received their generic standard response twice with no information on how to return the items for a refund. The third time I sent the email, I also cc'd in the email found on these reviews when they have told customers to contact them there to sort out their issues. I did warn them that I would be leaving a negative review if I didn't hear back from them but this clearly hasn't bothered them as they haven't responded. Absolute scammers who sell sub standard products and as others have said, not interested in refunding you only taking your money.
They will probably come back saying to contact them on the mchan029 email for complaints which I have already done.
I will follow this up with email snapshots if need be
Be warned! Keep away from them.

UPDATE: I have finally today 20/6 received the fourth dress which again is of very poor quality so would return that one also but still have not heard back. What an absolute joke. I will continue to update from time to time

Further update:
Again another generic response to inform them of order details as they can't find based on review and to send to a mchan029.....email address. See previous reviews where i stated that this would be their response and sure enough.....They have everything they need but still won't move forward with this!

24th June - still nothing from them with regards to a refund

27th June - still no communication from them regarding refund. I will now be looking into ways to have this company closed down. Enough of them scamming people.

1st June - still no reply, still no refund!
Good luck to the customers who have received their orders and keep them. God help you if you're looking for a refund. You ain't getting anything refunded!

11th July - still no response and neither do they plan on issuing a refund. The fact that over 50% of their total number of reviews are one star speaks for itself!

I was very pleased with the garment I ordered, however the top was a little too tight around the middle. I did have a job to find out how to send things back
When I eventually discovered the email I sent an email to ask how t return the top. In a couple of days I received an email telling me they had put my money back into my bank account. I somehow managed to order two dresses

I somehow managed to order two dresses. I kept trying to cancel second order but to no avail. So - I have one lovely dress in my size 16 - it really is very nice and just needed a good iron. I also have a little white number, same design, but a size 8 !! I do not know how to return this and gain a refund. Any help offered would be useful. I am sure it is my own fault but being over 80 I need my money. Thank you.

Having bought 2 tops I want to return…

Having bought 2 tops I want to return one for a refund because of the fit. I followed the instructions to claim within 30 days and sent all requested details and photo to the email they provide and got a standard email back telling me how to claim. I have now done this 5 times since 6th June and got five of the bog standard email replies with no details of how to return my item. Is there even a person on the end of this email reading what I have written?? Not impressed at all!

Having finally received a reply and a refund from Rosyday I am much happier - a shame it took so much effort before they responded to me but I am now happy with the outcome.

Poor communication when I requested…

Avoid this company

Ordered 2 bikinis which took nearly a month to arrive. In fairness they are both beautiful colours but unfortunately they do not fit and I have now sent 3 emails over the last week asking for a returns label with no response. There is no phone number to call. I just hope they eventually reply but I have to say this has put me off using this company again. Terrible customer service.
