Worst ecommerce purchase ever

Worst ecommerce purchase ever. No shipping delivery time was available so, after 1 week without any info (no phone number available, no FB messages answers) I wrote to Olaf that after some days finally answered. I specified that I was going to be not present at home for a long time and if was possible to have a tracking number or change delivery address. He answered that change of the address was possbile so I provided the new address. After some other days he wrote me that they made a mistake and the parcell was shipped to the old address, I asked what to do but never get a feedback. As per it is today I have no parcell (orde placed 1 month ago) and Olaff did not answered anymore. So basically I lost my money. NEVER EVER EVER. IT'S INCRWDIBLE HOW THEY KEEP SELLING WITH SUCH OWFULL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I never received the paint

I never received the paint. I had 2 orders with Rotaris. One was shipped thru FedEx and the other one thru USPS. I received the one shipped via USPS but never received the one shipped via FedEx. I sent an email to Rotaris asking them to find out why I never received it. All they did was look at the latest tracking. I had already done that. It was lost in Tennessee somewhere. They provided no help. I lost the money I spent on the paint.

Low Quality Product

The paint wipes right off even after careful prep work, primer, paint, and clear coat are applied and dry per the instructions. The quality of the paint is just very low

Not what I needed

Shipping was straightforward.

The bike I was touching up had 3 colors- I assumed I would be be getting all three since the description didn't specify. The color I got wasn't the one I needed (it wasn't even necessarily the most prominent color on the bike).

Since the products are only sorted by bike model/color, the product description should clearly specify which color is being provided for the bike presented.

Non existent customer service

Non existent customer service. Package lost in transit with no reply when requesting assistance from company. Can’t comment on the product as it never arrived, won’t bother trying ordering again.
