The team at Roundabout travel are simply amazing. We have always had great experiences dealing with them. They have secured us some fantastic deals on flights and communication has always been outstanding. Can't recommend highly enough.

I am from Canada and am in Ljubljana, Slovenia for 2 days. I booked through the Crown Plaza Hotel a 5 hour tour commencing at 2 PM for Friday, August 23rd, 2024. The desk clerk at my hotel told me yesterday to walk across the street for 1:50 PM to be picked up by Roundabout. I was there at 1:50
and was told by the hotel staff too wait in the lobby as the Roundabout drivers always come inside to see who is waiting. This did not happen today. At 2:20 I walked back to my hotel and got them to call Roundabout and they did and the female front line employee said they were waiting outside. It seems like everyone in this city operates on a different page. The hotel manager after I complained did call Roundabout on my behalf to see what could be done. Their manager was not available. The front line employee told the manager of this prestigious hotel
That he or she did not care. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will be telling everyone in Canada when I return on social media never to use this company while in Europe.
