I hired Kimberly to come to my house daily to feed my cat, clean her litter box and spend some time interacting with and combing her. I can’t believe how thorough she was in following every request I had for the care of my cat. I received multiple videos and photos also on a daily basis. I could not be happier with the care I received for my pet. I would recommend Rover to anyone I meet!

I was pleased with how quickly I heard back from a Rover provider, and on short notice. The sitter came to meet me and my pets prior to the care dates and was very communicative. I didn't worry that my pets were taken care of.

The Experience of Rover was great mainly because the person we worked with Kathryn J was awesome.

I have used Rover about 4 times now in the past 2 years and I find it to be a good source to find fur babysitters. Of course, one still has to be responsible and do due diligence like have a meet and greet, etc. before choosing a sitter. App is easy to use which is a plus.

I liked the ease of finding a dog walker. The person was just as described. So friendly with both my dog and us. The only thing I didn't realize is that when you think you're paying for a 30 minute walk, it turns out to be more like 18 minutes. The walker counts the time from parking the car, apparently, through the last leaving of your house. Maybe that should be stated upfront.

i have used Rover for years when needing someone to watch my pets. Generally it has been great. I do find the app difficult to navigate at times, with a few glitchy things here and there, which is why I gave 4 stars. Unfortunately, there are no rover helpers close to my home, so I have to always hope someone will be willing to drive more than 20 miles to come to me, but so far I have been able to find help, which is good.

Very well-organized. Available sitters & their histories. My first pick was a meet & greet and did not click with me. Second pick (Sandra B) was a great match for me & my senior dog. Prices are fair, choices of time and requested duties are most appreciated !! This is an excellent service provider. xoxo

I found an available Dog Sitter on Rover. She checked all the boxes for what I was looking for. We met and I was not disappointed. my dog had a great experience. He came home a happy healthy dog.

I give them 0 star because the serivce they provide me was extremely poor. Their pet sitter was useless and unprofessional. He used to charge daily but would shown up for a second,just to send his location to app and leave. While he supposed to be there, my cat got lost and he did nothing.and the rover did nothing after the complains just automatic responce.I was out of country and he didn't even make any effort to search for her in the area. Even after my repeated requests,he did nothing.their pet sitter have no feeling for pets they are doing all this for the sake of money and the rover is also same , greedy about the money.

Rover was extremely easy to use. I found local care for my pup and someone who was willing to stay in my home as well. The ability to communicate with my sitter was seamless and it was very easy to manage the payment.
