Excellent job, boiler service, get informed of arrival time

Richard was great, arrived when he said he would, was easy to do business with, was knowledgeable and explained to me what he thought the problem was and then completed the repair. I would definitely recommend Richard.

Very grateful for the help I received. I called RPM on a Saturday and they were with me within an hour.

The engineer diagnosed my problem, got my boiler back online and gave me a simple fix to try to save me some money.

I ended up calling back a couple days because the problem had come back assuming I'd need a new boiler. RPM advised me to contact Worcester Bosch and get a fixed price repair for £397 because it would work out significantly cheaper than an RPM repair.

This company truly puts the customer first, I'm sure many others would tell me I need to replace my 20 year old boiler but RPM communicated everything to me, explained my options and pointed me in the direction of the manufacturer even though there was nothing for them to gain.

Will definitely use RPM again, they made me feel valued and advised me as if I were a friend even though I'd never used them before.

I contacted your company regarding an issue with my gas fire and was given a price for a call-out, which I agreed to. After that, I received no response and was left waiting with no update. I followed up again a few days later and still heard nothing.

This was really disappointing, as a simple message to let me know you were unable to attend would have been appreciated. Being ignored after agreeing to the call-out cost felt unprofessional and left a poor impression.

I hope you can improve communication going forward, as even a brief update would make a big difference for customers
