I ordered and got the phone very quickly and in a very good state. However there was a software issue ; I wrote to the post-sale customer service, there answered very fast and asked me to return them the phone. I got it again a few days after, now everything seems to work.

Wont take 48 hours
I ordered the phone then received an email saying the colour I ordered wasn’t available so agreed another colour would do didn’t receive the phone for another week so emailed finally got a reply for it then to take nearly another week, getting a text off Royal Mail saying it’s been dispatched but tracking number didn’t work TIL the phone was delivered

Quick delivery, phone came through with a better quality that i expected. I went for 'Very good' and it's practically brand new. Very happy. Didn't expect it to come with a 12 month warranty either which is great. Got the phone i wanted for 10% of the price of a new iPhone, which is great as i have no use for any of the newer features on the newer iPhones.
