Love the dry coats
It was hard to choose which dry coats to order because they are all beautiful. The fit is great and the material is top quality. The classic in rose hips looks stunning on my black Labrador and the blackberry is beautiful on my red fox Labrador.

Fabulous quality and comfortable dog bed
Communication was great, and we were able to purchase the velvet dog bed in store as unavailable on line. The bed is quite beautiful and very well made, with firm yet soft sides and base supporting our older dog . He got in straight away and fell asleep with his head resting comfortably on the side. A lovely 10th birthday gift!!

Another great drying wrap
Easy to navigate, measuring length made it good fit, put it on Alfie to dry him he loved the snuggle of it I'm sure he didn't want to take it off 🤣 the parcel arrived within two days Alfie away on holiday to Lake District with his towel in the suitcase 🐕🦺

Excellent products but shame returns are not free.
Lovely, high quality products. The dog bed cover is first class. Unfortunately the XL dog cooler coat was too tight in the neck for my Newfoundland. The returns procedure is easy - although free returns would be nicer than having to pay for something that I didn't fit my dog !

Two years ago, based on customer feedback, we made the decision to update our Sofa Throws by switching from a double-layered design to a single, heavier-duty layer of towelling. While the previous double-layer throws were effective, many customers found them too heavy and difficult to wash.
The updated design is intended to offer the same level of protection for your sofa, while being much more convenient to clean and dry.
However, if you’re not happy with your purchase, you’re absolutely welcome to return it for a full refund.

You get what you pay for
From the selection at ordering, the best way to measure to find the most appropriate size, the prompt service (ordered one day and delivered within 24 hours!) and the exceptional fit and quality of the product - what's not to like.
It's a true saying that you get what you pay for. I bought a cheaper product that I thought was ok until I purchased the 'Limited Edition Dog Drying Coat in Tangerine' - I love it! (so does the dog)

Bought two sofa covers in teal
Bought two sofa covers in teal. Contacted company as concerned these would slip off leather easily. The covers are of a good weight so this hasn't been the case. These covers aren't cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. They are a towelling type material, which might snag if pets are allowed to climb on them. I used them to absorb the drool. Very happy with these covers so far.
