Had a minor issue with 1 off the product being faulty (this was not rugbyboxs fault) how ever they took charge off the issue and offered a refund or replacement they sent new item out next day delivery with in 24hrs great customer service

Although the item wasn't in stock when I ordered and then took longer than expected the service & communication was excellent. They refunded the delivery charge and as a gesture of goodwill they sent a little extra gift for my daughter. I would highly recommend! Thank you for your wonderful service :)

I am still waiting for my money back…
I am still waiting for my money back after returning goods about three weeks ago. I got told one week ago it was sorted but still no credit. Previous to that the delivery was quick.
