I bought one of the "O Scrum All Ye Faithful " shirts for Christmas 2022 for my husband. It came promptly and looked exactly like the picture. He loved it so much that this year I've bought the Star Wars rugby hoody for my son. Again it came promptly and was just as I expected. Hmmm, who will get next years shirt??

I've ordered twice from rugbynut.co.uk and both times I've been completely satisfied with the online shopping process and the lead-time to delivery, plus I have been extremely happy with the finished products!

I placed my first order (for a Christmas sweatshirt) on 13th November 2023. On the 14th I received an email querying my address (it's an odd one!), then on the 15th I received an email to advise me that the sweatshirt had been despatched; I received it within the stated delivery timeframe.

I made my second order (5 T-shirts and a mug) on 29th December 2023 and received the (much anticipated!) package this morning. Everything I received was precisely as it had been shown and described on the website.

I am very pleased to recommend Rugby Nut to friends and strangers alike; I will certainly be ordering from them again.

The worst customer service I have ever seen in a uk company

Never used this company before but will do so again! Products linked to rugby were just what I wanted for my rugby chums and families. Site easy to use and delivery fantastic considering the time of year.

I am not sure whether they are just totally incompetent or a bunch of scammers. Ordered Christmas Jumper in November. Money taken the same day with a return thank you for your order email. Since then nothing. Telephones do not work or are just ignored, Emails are not answered and almost impossible to get your money back unless you pay by credit card. Ads still appearing on Facebook urging you to order now for Christmas! Forget it not a "cat in hells" chance of getting what you ordered. Facebook should ban this bunch of incompetents. I am a huge Rugby Fan but never again!!!!

Wish I've read Trustpilot reviews before buying from this company, received a random email to confirm delivery address with a simple reply to the email. I've tried twice but the email is not active/doesn't accept incoming mail! I've tried to contact the telephone number but 'line busy' constantly (even at 7pm) which makes me worried that the line isn't connected. I've tried another email on the website and that has the same failed delivery option. I have no idea if I will receive my item and have no way to contact the company, just very worried.

Ordered from these twice in the past month and both orders were delivered on time and packaged securely.
Grandkids are very happy with their Christmas jumpers.
Would highly recommend this company.

Ordered father and son combo but son's jumper arrived missing first line of graphics AND first line of text! That was 10 days ago, despite numerous calls and emails I have received no response to sort an exchange so have a disappointed little boy. To make it worse I am receiving a marketing email most days. I'm shocked they would let this happen when it is so easily resolved.

Excellent item delivered in a timely fashion. Kept informed of item as travelled to our address. It’s a Christmas gift which I’m sure will go down well and probably create more orders

The jumper and Tee shirt are great quality and were bought at a very good price. Will definitely buy from Rugbynut again. So pleased with my purchases.

Bought from these a few times now & spot on in fact the first ever order they rang me to ask if I had ordered the right size as I must have not clicked my size as on order it was smallest you could get & was told they had never sold 1 that small.I can’t recommend them enough .

Having received an email asking me to confirm the address for my order, I replied yes as requested 3 times each time being told that ure contact email did not exist. I even went on the chat line and tried twice leaving messages nil response. I decided to allow 5 days from my order and if no response I was going to report the website for possible scam. and try to claim a refund. As it was I received note from you saying order dispatched and received my shirt today. Disappointed ☹️ with the communication.

Superb design which fitted out son to a tee. Delivered before they said so very well done. He wore it this weekend at local rugby club to great comments.
