Do NOT use this company.. they are completely untrustworthy.. I ordered a sweatshirt, using their size guide.. It was far too small.. I put my hands up..
I should have ordered Large or even Extra Large.. I'm only a 42" chest.
Return for a refund, was given a Returns reference... and then nothing.
Phone calls, emails.. no response,
Credit Card company cannot reclaim as apprently according to their returns policy, incorrect orders will not be refunded.. they've had the sweatshirt back, tracked by Royal Mail.. an absolute bunch of crooks

Total rubbish! Some of the wording came off after one wash (30° and no ironing) Most of the rest came off on the second wash! I will review on Trust Pilot as I doubt that this will appear on their website!

Absolutely terrible. Cannot get a refund even thou sent the parcel back. Was offered vouchers but 3 months later still not received. Cannot call them engaged even at 11.30 pm. Watch dog needs to investigate. Out of pocket and nothing to show for it!

After initially placing an order for a 6 Nations top back in February I was pleasantly surprised to receive the order within 5 working days despite other customer comments. Unfortunately I had to return the order for replacement later via Royal Mail "signed for service" due to a problem which they agreed to accept. After some weeks of trying to get a response via email regarding a replacement which they said was a delay in their returns dept. they issued me with a credit voucher which was used to reorder 2x new sweatshirts on 23/3/23 (Order RN11488) which still has not arrived and there's no update on the website.

To date I have emailed multiple times for help without success and the telephone number(s) are constantly engaged or ring then disconnect (even out of hours at night!) and they fail to give me the courtesy of responding in any shape or form to my continued requests for assistance regarding my outstanding order(s).

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEIR AFTERSALES CUSTOMER CARE IS SEVERELY LACKING AND I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE IN ANY WAY DESPITE REPEATED ATTEMPTS TO GET AN UPDATE. - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !

I have bought a few things from them and they are of great quality and brilliant designs im sure I will be purchasing more and more from them

I have had the same awful experience with this Company. They are dreadful. They treat their customers with contempt. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered and received an XL hoodie in grey with the scrum formation transfer on the front . XL in sizing equates to a 51 “ chest , I always order bigger because I like my clothes loose . Hoodie was ok ish chest wise, but the rest of the item was very tight almost as if it was a fitted measurement. Sent an email and never got the courtesy of a reply ! Wore item only a couple of times and then washed it with the view of giving it to my daughter . Followed instructions for washing and found that transfer had started to peel off the garment . So all in all , a very disappointed and dissatisfied experience with Rugby Nut .Seems like I am not the only one with this complaint having read some of the other remarks.
Must be something wrong with a company that will not except returns if the customer is not happy with the sizing of his purchase !!!!!!

I've ordered a couple of times, once for a hoody and the second time for a mug as a present for my daughter. Great designs and swift delivery both times. Would definitely use this company again and have recomended to friends.

I have bought from Rugby Nut several times and they never disappoint. My favorite hoodie was bought from here and I love all of my orders. The clothes are great quality, ship quickly, and I always get compliments when I wear my shirts out. Would 100% recommend and can't wait for more designs to come out for me to order.

I had an issue with returning a shirt that was the wrong size, I had great difficulty speaking with someone from customer support. It took a couple of email efforts before I made contact. However the matter was resolved to my satisfaction and I received a full refund and was able to place another order citing the correct size. I was quite satisfied with Rugby Nut, a small business enterprise, but one that clearly values its customers.

Definitely recommend

I ordered a Christmas jumper which came a little late (not a major problem).
I wore it once and washed it according to instructions, to find that the design had faded and flaked off.
I reached out only received a reply after contacting customer services three times.
They wanted to send a replacement, which I declined as I no longer needed the item and wasn't confident it wouldn't fade / flake again.
I then received a series of snotty emails on how they were "acting within the law."
Not a good experience by any means. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
My advice is, avoid this company like the plague.

Purchased a jumper for a present the transfer washed off and is now unwearable contacted via email on the 28th december to advise them of this to receive a generic email of some on will be in touch its now 8 weeks later and i am still waiting would not recommend customer service is no existent
