I have ordered a few items from rugbynut over the past few years. The quality has been great, delivery fantastic. The recipients have loved the items and still wear them. I have again this year ordered items for gifts as so happy with the items and service. Would highly recommend.

Ordered a jumper and paid extra for swift delivery. Still not received despite several attempts to chase my order via email. No response from company apart from several marketing emails trying to sell more products.!! Still advertising for Christmas delivery on Instagram when they clearly cannot meet existing orders. I so wish I had checked out the reviews before paying my money, which was swiftly taken from my account 😡😡

I should have checked reviews on Rugby Nut before I placed order. Problem with my item and as many others have noted - no response from Rugby Nut! That’s a bit of a turnaround from them as when I left the item in my ‘basket’ for a couple of days I was bombarded with emails from them persuading me to complete purchase. Buyers beware - avoid Rugby Nut at all xosts

Great products and very efficient service and the items come well packaged.

Unfortunately I received the wrong size and my email went to spam so has a bit of a delay however a replacement was kindly arranged.

Jumper arrived very promptly however it was too small I have sent SIX emails to these people and had no reply, also phoned multiple times only to be told they are working from home due to Covid ???However I have received an email bribing me with 10% off my next order to write a good review.

Ordered a Xmas jumper based on their size chart, when it arrived it was too small, I measured it & was 4ins smaller than their size guide. I have since emailed & even tried to call to arrange a return & not had a response. Jumper was dispatched quickly customer service appalling.
Been told the issue as now been resolved, I have to question how as I still haven’t done my return & STILL waiting for the Return address. My best advice avoid this company

I ordered the wrong size and emailed them straight away. I received an auto reply then nothing until an email saying they were despatching the jumper. How can the "made to order" item be made and despatched before an email is read and responded to?
Several emails and calls later I have the wrongly sized item but no way to return it.
I would not recommend this web site at all, the products may be OK but the customer service is non-existent if things go wrong.

Ordered a TopScrum t-shirt for Father’s Day, arrived in plenty of time . Top quality material and true to size . Gift went down a treat (was for my rugby/top gun mad partner from his step-daughter)
