Honest and Reliable
Having had bad experiences with otherwise reputable Company’s,I found dealing with Rugby Radios a refreshing and reassuring change.

Items never arrived to me
lFirst of all dispatched radio to wrong address and claimed they had two orders with my name sweet talk you promised more then sent wrong address again then blamed PayPal in this reply for wrong address another person with my name now has 3 radios all I wanted was what was purchased to my address and I left original review as I sent an email to say was on way to wrong address and arrived there had no communication so left honist review of my experience if I did not I’d be lying I’ve emailed for 4th time today yet get reply off trust pilot first de Mw7ccs

Christopher, firstly you are correct. We did not ship the item with the requested programming to you at the address you specified. The mistake was genuine and honest, and has been identified as a manual error from the team when allocating your order to an address that was not your own. The subsequent replacements also went to the wrong address as a result. Our MD contacted you over the xmas period and has established the correct details and way forward, and I hope the replacement items we sent fit the bill and make up for our mistake.
Helpful with an issue
I have bought radio equipment in the past from them and they were fast and helpful answering queries as well as despatching equipment. This time, there was an issue with an answer that I had been given regarding the specification of a handset. When the issue was pointed out, they didn't quibble, they accepted responsibility and arranged a free return of the equipment. No fobbing off or ghosting, just polite and helpful. Highly likely I'll buy from them again based on this experience.
