Good customer service
Good customer service, so I decided to go down the Chinese radio route, i would normally shop around the chinese sites etc, I came across rugby radios via ebay based in the UK(thank God) I decided to make a purchase hassle free arrived with an extra gift! Will be reviewing and testing some handhelds in the future, so will be using this company as my supplier. For the price of one Motorola you can get 20 or 30 radios off this chap, well worth a think about if your running an event.

Excellent service, with the team genuinely going above and beyond!
Initial contact was via the website linked to instant messaging, a quick response was received to my query and soon turned into a proforma for a moderately sized order of 20 radios for my client that I was representing.
Once the order was placed, I enquired to see how quickly I could obtain my own radio and programming cable to ensure the programming would be correct for my customer.
The reply was that I could receive them next day free of charge! (Please be respectful and don't expect or request free goods based on this review, this is just highlighting how Jonathan and the team went above and beyond)
I later found out, they sent out my radio before they even had a confirmed order from my client.
This is amazing service that deserves such a review.
The order of 20 radios was received promptly after the order, all as expected and quickly programmed as I had planned the config file previously.
A very good experience that I’ll likely not forget and will endeavour to return for such items.

Superb Service
It's when there's a (very minor) problem that you can tell you are dealing with a company that focuses on customer service. Very fast delivery of a Baofeng Walkie Talkie set which had been packed by the manufacturers missing a tiny screw. I contacted Rugby Radios and received a replacement for the missing part next day by first class post. Superb service and many thanks.

I purchased set of two baofeng T1, with collection in person. Business owner turned out to be the nicest most knowledgeable radio specialist I have ever encountered, not only I was given expert advice but also some spares and free radio programming to my specifications. Overall I would highly recommend "Rugby Radios" I'm sure you will not find any other business provide customer service on this level and still manage to offer such affordable prices.
