Happy with my product and the service received from Ruma.
I had my eye on a lamp table that was out of stock, I had an email a few weeks later to say it was in stock so I ordered it straight away. It was delivered quickly and was packaged well. It appears to be a good quality product, we’re happy with it.

I am still waiting for my purchase despite emails confirming the order etc and that the lamp shade is in the warehouse!
I have contacted customer services as I hope this will arrive soon , it has been 3 weeks now and the emails have ceased!

Beautiful, Quality, lampshades.
I received two beautifully made, quality lampshades.
Unfortunately, the colour not being quite right, I had to return them. The Company was courteous and extremely helpful in instructing me on how to return the lampshades. The colour I require will be available shortly when I shall place another order.
