Apps easy to use. Training programs are good. Sometimes the pace targets seem high, but there nearly always achievable. The programs seem to vary week to week which helps maintain motivation.

Runna App is just the motivation I needed to get out the door and set a realistic goal.

I’ve had 2 out of 2 runs fail to upload from my Apple Watch. One of them eventually synced, but the other was recorded in Apple Health with a “1 sync pending” status that wouldn’t resolve — even after restarting the watch, phone, and toggling Bluetooth. I ended up deleting the app on my iPhone, which caused me to lose the data. I can still see it in Apple Health, but it’s extremely frustrating.
Since I’m currently on a 2-week trial, I’m unlikely to continue using the app if I can’t trust it to reliably record my runs. The app looks good with the UI but it’s failing at the simplest task

I would rate as zero stars if I could! This is a complete con. I signed up on a one month free trial, found the app impossible to use so tried to cancel. Turns out it’s absolutely impossible to cancel your subscription once you have signed up, even with a deleted account they continue to charge you!

Great running plans and I love that it gives notifications which I find helps keep me accountable. Also the yearly subscription is quite affordable if you think about how much you're saving per month, but it is still pricey enough for me to feel like I have to use it once I've paid for it.

I really really wanted to like this app and it appeared fantastic but I struggle with the app and find it extremely challenging to utilise the app and add in or adjust runs and then start the recording of the run. The support is good but not necessarily effective.
It is a real shame as I selected this app from positive reviews but it just isn’t simple to use for me and I am very sad to post this review on my perception of the app

Edit: App is good and I like the training plans, however despite being connect has not posted my run to strava which is annoying! No way of adding it now.
Issue now sorted - enjoying the app!

Love this app it's great for beginners as it makes sure you increase your distance safely. It has a parkrun pacing feature if you're chasing a PB!

Good plan with helpful guidance during the runs

I started using Runna after securing a London Marathon place last September. I tested it on a 10K and Half Marathon in November and managed to achieve a PB of 1:48—an improvement from my previous 2:10 time!
The training programmes are spot-on, varied, and adapt as you progress. I love that it syncs seamlessly with my Garmin and Strava apps. Another great feature is the integration of Pilates and strength training into your plan, helping to improve flexibility and strength while reducing the risk of injury.
I also appreciate how easily you can reorganise your weekly plan on the fly. While the app may seem pricey, I’ve found it worth every penny so far. I’ve used customer support a couple of times, and they’ve been quick to respond and very helpful.
Overall, I highly recommend Runna for anyone looking to take their training to the next level!

This app is an absolute game changer.
Took the free trial I then signed up for a monthly subscription I then took the full annual subscription which worked out cheaper.
Been using it 3 days a week for about 5 months now and I’ve not missed a day and not picked up an injury. Using it both on treadmill and outside.
5k time is about 3mins 30secs faster than when I started and I’m on track to beat PBs set 11 years ago.

Horrible app!! It never worked properly and it really sucks! Don't waste your money with this app.
