I am paying my subscription and have a new phone so need to set up the app again but have forgotten my password. I keep requesting a forgotten password link but nothing arrives to help me. I left a message with their team yesterday morning and was assured they would get back to me - nothing. It's shocking to be so negligent of customers.

Easy to use, clear interface and challenging work outs.

Really enjoyed using the app and had so as a monthly subscriber since November. Overall the training plan is intuitive and whilst plenty of forums suggest that the pacings are somewhat aggressive, it's one of the points I actually enjoy about the plan as it pushes my harder than I would myself. All was going well until I decided to upgrade to the Annual Pass. Wanted to upgrade largely to see my what my training sessions would look like further into the plan so I can plan my weekend activities around the intesity levels I might put out.. Paid for the annual pass and submitted the code into my app and whilst my memberships showing in Apple as 12 months, I still can't see past 4 weeks in advance. My issue here is with the customer service as like all services these days, human interaction is non-existant and messaging services are the only way to resolve issues. My query was raised at 7am on the 29th, with my first response recived 10.5 hours later.. A follow up 30 hours after that asking for further information and now a further 16 hours after this I'm still waiting for an update. Now call me old fashioned, but I'm 99% certain that this issue is something that could be resolved with a 30 minute Human-Human interaction over the telephone.. not me waiting almost 72 hours just to be told we're still looking into it (if that's what I get a best).. What happened to good old customer service rather than just taking the money and dealing with the complaints in the future. It's the little things which already make me question wether I'd actually renew my services if this ever gets resolved!

I have been using Runna for a couple of weeks after several recommendations from friends.
The running plan is customised and includes a variety of different runs each week and I can already feel my fitness levels improving. As someone that used to dislike running, I can safely say I am looking forward to my runs each week now and chasing that runners high. It is an added bonus that it syncs your runs directly to Strava.
I had an issue with payment (not Runna's fault at all, I had linked the wrong bank account). George from the senior customer experience team was extremely helpful whilst I sorted out the issue with Apple.
Genuinely recommend Runna if you are looking to improve your fitness levels or train for a race with minimising your risk of injury.

Keeps me motivated. Allows me to be flexible with my training whilst working shifts. Great strength guidance and mobility sessions. Adjusts my training plan intuitively as I progress through.

I love this app. As an older and currently overweight runner the plans are realistic and within my capacity and pace.

Brilliant app, gives you real structure to your running plan

Great app for planning runs. However, seem to launch features without an undo button and no warning
For example launch the holiday mode feature but didn't launch the feature to undo this once "holiday mode" had be added to your calendar - there was no warning of this and now my plan is off. Feels like not a user friendly feature launch - which is disappointing
Have heard good things about runkeeper app so may try this next time subscription up for renewal

Brilliant app. My running is coming on great following injury. Took the first plan really steady and noticed my fitness improve so much so I’ve stepped up the intensity on my current plan. So far managing to stay injury free and confident I’ll continue to do so. Speed is picking up again and running is becoming easier. The plans keep training interesting and enjoyable. So happy I was recommended this app!

I am training for the London marathon and I feel like I can put my faith in the plan on Runna. Each training run syncs easily to my Garmin and there are some useful articles on the app too for added value.
The app is easy to use and the different types of runs in my plan help keep me motivated and stop me from getting bored.

The customer service from the team is second to none.
I was dealing with George in the client support team as well as Claire who manages the Instagram messages.
I had an issue with a voucher being sent to an incorrect email address (my own fault completely) and the team turned it around so quickly - in the lead up to Christmas this was a bit of stress I didn’t need and the guys sorted everything so quickly.

Took my first unplanned marathon from a 4:35 to a 3:31 in a year
Using it for my next half marathon and then ultra to follow
Really enjoy the runs and the stress free approach of training where all of the runs are there for you to see making it very easy to start
The plan adjusts with ai according if your hitting paces with runs. Can aim for target times or just distance
Recommended it many friends who have used it and said the same will die with runna by my side as long as I’m running

Before Runna, I never liked running and got easily bored. But now Runna always keeps me motivated and makes it actually fun. The clear and structured plan, the informative articles about literally everything I could need and the support from coaches; it’s just perfect. One of the best discoveries I’ve ever made. It really changed my life.

I had a referral code for a 1 month’s subscription which trial. I entered the code and the app accepted it, saying that I’d be charged at the end of the trial if I didn’t cancel. Instead, they charged me £100 straight away with no trial. I was planning to use the trial to check out the new improvements and to see if it was worth subscribing. It isn’t, so I’m £100 down with an app that’s no use to me. Contacting the developers is useless - they just blame Apple. But it’s Runna who promised a free trial they didn’t provide. The whole thing’s obviously a scam, so now I have to get a refund through the credit card company.

Great. After years of training with a human trainer I love the freedom of doing it with an app, so I started to run again, enjoying the ride without having to answer to anyone. Easy to use, customizable and accesible.

Just starting week 3 of my 1/2 marathon training plan and I can already see the structure has every chance of realising my goal.
Not training related but I experienced an issue with payment of my subscription today (bank led) which Runna supported promptly and attentively to resolution.

Runna is a truly dreadful and terrible running app starting with the name.
Let me tell you why Runna is awful anyway since I decided to give it a chance last year just to see what it was like.
First and foremost the app is glitchy and it did not communicate properly with my Garmin which made following the workouts a nightmare. The strength workouts ‘for all levels’ were also really not and I was lucky that I had mastered my basic movements already.
Secondly, the so-called personalised plans are really not (think more like one size fits all which is fine but not for £15.99 a month) and the cues to speed up and slow down are completely off making every session a terrible ordeal. The amount of miles they expect you to run is also not great.
Thirdly, they have a truly terrible influencer programme and they have recruited quite a few people who are horrifying role models including Matt Choi and have also failed to issue a documented public apology/explain how are they going to take steps to manage their influencer programme after what happened at the NYC marathon so that they stop supporting people who endanger others, overtrain, run injured, etc.
Glad I did not give them a single of my hard earned pounds - the two week trial was free. Avoid if you can.
