Right on track
The runners are great, very good quality, and instructions clear - the team I spoke with were always helpful and human, especially when the delivery company repeatedly messed up. Somehow the screws for the runners were not included and it would have been useful to have included an appropriate alum key and small spanner (maybe they were in the missing screw bag?) But for that it would have been 5 stars

Recent purchase for cabinetry
We recently purchased a sliding door system for some cabinetry we manufactured. Sliding door systems are my pet hate as they're normally either over complicated, poor quality or over priced.
This was my first experience of Runners sliding systems but its now my go to company. Everything was great. The customer service when I called for an enquiry, the price, the ease of the system and it glides so well. It made manufacture and the installation enjoyable.

Would have been 5 stars, but a couple of runners were missing from the original delivery.
However, it was sorted out very quickly, and without argument.
The goods were well packed and all arrived undamaged.

This product would have had 5* but the fixing screws sent to actually fix the runner weren't at all suitable. For the price, you expect to have to purchase nothing further. The actual runner is super snazzy and looks amazing.

Website was easy to use and delivery was quick. Runner was easy to install and made sliding the heavy door we put on it very smooth and it can be moved using just one finger!
