Represented a Ring as Stamped "417" and Diamond
When the item arrived it is clearly not gold and the diamonds do not test.
Attempted calling and the phone just rings, and emails have not been responded to.

Participated in an online auction through HiBid.com for auction house Rustic Ridge Online Auctions on 07/11/2025. I won 3 items totaling $564.87. I paid Brenda Johnson (Owner) through CashApp on 7/12/2025, but she never sent items. I contacted HiBid to have them assist me with a resolution. Brenda admitted to not shipping package and brushed me off with an "I will send tomorrow"(7/25/2025). As of today 8/20/2025, Brenda has stopped responding, HiBid still allows her to host online auctions and I'm out of $564.87. Bidder beware and stay away from risking your money. Based on other reviews, it seems that Brenda doesn't handle her business ethically.
BEWARE THIS COMPANY! UNETHICAL LIARS! They are selling items described as vintage or antique that are not and they label items with designer names that are NOT. And, after I nicely emailed them to tell them their mistake they banned me! Wow! I even was nice and what do they do? Give me my first negative mark ever online and I am a really good, fast-paying customer. They actually left an UNTRUE review saying I never paid and they "could not get a hold of me." 100% FALSE.
Rustic Ridge Online (Wisconsin) sold plastic as 14k jewelry and then placed a bad reputation for me on Hibid.com. I understand an investigation is ongoing.

My email to them Nov. 7, 2024:
Neither of these is 14k as was marked in the titles of the online auction. Lot# 171 sticks to magnet at the tail end ( see attached picture) away from the stick pin plus it tests negative with acid test as gold.
Lot#72 snapped when being tested for gold. The inner core looks to be plastic ( see 2 attached pictures) plus it tested negative for gold as well.
I had two different professionals test with acid and one also tested with electronic tester. All came back negative.
No response from auctioneer. He placed bad reputation score for me within Hibid reputation score.
