I had emailed rvinyl not more than 5 minutes after placing my order. I wanted to cancel because I desided to go with something differrant. I got a response that my request was received. The item got shipped any way. Now I'm stuck with something I can not use.

Fast shipping. Haven't installed yet, but will be this weekend.

Yes I received my order but it was incorrect here my two earlier attempts to contact Rvinyl. No response perhaps this will elicit one.

Found hard to find colors! None of the large local (commercial) supply companies had the 3M colors I was looking for. Rvinyl had all the colors and delivered quickly! Rvinyl will be my go-to for custom colors from now on!

It was the color I was looking for and it shipped out fast.

After a week of waiting for my shipment I contacted Rvinyl, and they told me to wait 2 more weeks and then they would contact USPS. The tracking number said the package was not picked up by USPS. I cannot recall worse customer service.

The products are of superior quality, Available videos or through customer service to answer questions. A real great place to get most of your vinyl needs.

The driver side pre cut and the back window precut had marks and scratches on them and messed up

Attempted to purchase approximately $600 worth of 3m 1080.

They requested a scan of the front and back of both my credit card and photo ID due to the 'large dollar amount' (what?). Instead of providing me with an internal policy regarding what would happen to this data once it was used to verify my identity they decided it was easier to cancel the order.

Maybe it's because I've had my fingerprints stolen in the 2015 OPM hack, but I'm a little suspicious of why RVinyl needs a 'scan' since if I was impersonating myself, I'd probably have those documents handy too.

I RECEIVED MY PACKAGE ON TIME BUT THE COMPLETE PACKAGE WAS AND IS SEVERLY DAMAGED. THE CARDBOARD TUBE IS BENT IN HALF AND SOAKED APPARENTLY WITH WATER OR SOME KIND OF LIQUID

Package was shipped and delivered promptly which matters wen ordering online.

Delivery was quick and product is high quality

initial order parts did not fit(dash kit)(hired prof installer)
asked for refund would not give one
re-ran parts and they did not fit
asked for refund but told I am ineligible because order over 60 days old
Original order was beginning of May but because of their errors and stalling tactics it has taken a while to get their response

Overall, my experience was great.

Have not yet installed items on vehicle. Was disappointed that it as sent all rolled up and in loose prices. Recommend that you send these out in a flat kit to avoid problems with installation.

The product installation is really difficult especially with the highly contoured headlights. I understand that it is applying a 2d film on a 3d shape but this does pose issues with bubbles and creases.

I ordered a part for my car. I got an email stating that it was delivered. It wasn't delivered. This was four days ago. I am still waiting to hear from someone telling me where my order is. Today, I sent another email requesting a refund. Still haven't heard from anyone. There's no phone number just an email for method of contact.
