I didn't receive the headlights cover and when I reached out to them they told me to take a picture of what they sent me I did that then waited to hear from them and nothing I reached back out again and to my surprise nothing I paid 91 dollars for the covers they s not me the taillights cover in the beginning but nothing else this place is horrible you can't get in touch with no one. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!!!!

BUYERS BEWARE WARNING!! If zero stars was possibly that’s what I would be giving this company!! Ordered a dash kit for my 2021 Escalade sport platinum and the pieces are nowhere close to fitting my trim correctly! As well as half the vinyl pieces arriving damaged! I’ve been getting the runaround from Mariel for few weeks now, she likes to come up with every excuse not to give me my money back! First it was in I didn’t know how to install the product correctly, so then I took the time to install it as a professional would and trim still did not fit correctly! Then proceeded to tell me she can’t warranty it out if it’s professionally installed! If you order something and it doesn’t fit you will not get your money back!! 🗑️🗑️ company! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! 150$ down the drain!! Then the owner replies to this post with lies, just like everyone else at this company and try’s to put the blame on the customer! So I posted a pic of the description stating that they fit right over the OEM trim.. You sir or ma’am are a 🤡!! Get your story straight! 🤓🤡

I placed an order canceled after 10m of order and no one let me cancel or return the order now I’m stuck with wrap that won’t fit

Simple & easy ordering. I wanted 6 ft of vinyl; however, the stock on hand only had (2) 3' pieces, so they called to confirm that would work before shipping which I appreciated because if it were a spliced piece, it would not have worked. Would order from Rvinyl.com again!

Was supposed to be red, was hot pink, carbon look was terrible, some pieces stuck to paper and couldn't get it off the adhesive, very thinly made hard to make set even. Customer service was poor, not willing to help at all. Wouldn't even try anything to help me get what I ordered. I wont be using this company ever again!

What I ordered, delivered promptly and in good condition.

No excess backing to peel away. They give you tape tabs but they don’t label front and back. And they don’t label passenger or driver. Disappointing

I ordered what supposedly was a carbon fiber look film overlay set for May 2020 BMW 430i. After I got it, and I had not opened the product package in any way, I decided that it really wasn't appropriate for my car, so I asked for a refund and I would pay for the return postage. I was told there are no refunds, only store credit, which does me no good as I don't want any more products from this company. When, after being told there was no refund, I decided to keep the product anyway and opened it, the product was absolutely terrible, very big sheets of not even carbon fiber look film, just dark plastic, uncut, no printed instructions, useless and worthless for the over $100 I paid for it including their shipping charge. This was really a terrible experience as a customer and I would never buy from this company again.

Shipping was reasonably prompt but both ends of the shipping tube were gone. They were only taped closed but the tape let go during shipping. Luckily both rolls stayed in the tube but one of the ends of one roll was dented. I'd gladly pay an extra dollar for plastic or metal end caps for the shipping tube.

The vinyl was rolled so tightly that when I tried to apply it, it separated from the backing and bubbles horribly. When I reached out to customer service they told me this was "tunneling" and was normal and to be expected. I work with vinyl myself and am shocked that you charge this much and don't ship flat, and also tell customers that this is normal. It isn't. One piece, the actual piece I needed was unusable. I also didn't get a squeegee, which is besides the point, but just makes the whole experience that much more disappointing.

I ordered these pre-cut window tint for my truck. They don’t send installation instructions. You have to find that online. You do have to cut the panels. They are not pre-cut. Very disappointed.

The dash trim kit was nothing more than the old contact paper that I used to put in my kitchen cabinets.
I also made my vehicle look cheap since it didn't cover the dash properly.

Great product, but the description is incorrect. It's not an air-release vinyl and needs to be applied wet, not dry. Wasted some of the product finding that out.

Because I thought there was a problem and there was none but you got back to me right away.And solve the problem. Which was me. Thank you

Poor color quality control from one roll to the next
I purchased from RVINYL a camouflage wrap in November as a Christmas present, the material looked good and i applied in March and it well. I did need more and ordered another 5' of the same product when it arrived i thought they sent the wrong product so i emailed them with pictures of the two mpieces together. As per Collin M at RVINYL in customer service he said he had 2 managers look at it and they said it was acceptable to them, Sorry nothing we can do about it . Now i'm not in the business but i can see its not acceptable. Poor color quality control. one has a tan tone and newer one has a salmon tone not even close. SORRY
