RVinyl is an absolute CON. No refunds and only offer store credit. This is like throwing money away and the quality of what they send you is a joke with no consequence for them. Buyer beware - RVinyl is not a good company

First time ordering. Fast shipping, no issues

Jennifer was very helpful in resolving an order problem. Problem was resolved very quickly and professionally. Will deffinately order from again.

Received my product but it was 3 days late due to weather, etc.. But the main point I want to stress here is often times we will receive vinyl shipments from vendors and for some reason or other the vinyl is rolled super tight. I don't understand the logic behind this besides maybe saving a little bit on shipping for a smaller package size (not weight). Problem is when we unroll the vinyl, tunnels form throughout the length of the sheet (tunnels are when the vinyl separates from the backer causing vertical speed bumps or lines). Rendering the material useless as I need to run it through my plotter and now I cannot. Vinyl stock comes on a 3in core from the manufacturer and should remain on a 3in core through its entire journey. I spent close to $50 on 1 yard of material I can barely use. This must be addressed asap. I cannot be the only one having this problem. If the vinyl does not need to be die-cut on a plotter its fine but if it does its a definite problem.
Fast forward 2 weeks. Ordered same product again because I can't find it anywhere else, and yet again rolled super tight & caused tunnels to form when I unrolled it. Trying to cut it on my plotter was next to impossible. I was hoping these reviews would be taken more seriously and the correct changes made.

RVinyl sent me wrong size uncut film and refuses to offer a pre-paid shipping label to return the film for a refund, or cut it for me per the specifications of my order. They prefer to go back and forth with the customer and will place the blame on the customer instead of just doing the right thing. I will not be ordering from Rvinyl again.

I was very happy to see they had what I needed for my vehicle not many companies carry anything for an escape. I will update with pictures once I install all the decals.

I liked that I was able to purchase a small amount of film. I didn't need multiple feet or an entire roll.

The film was rolled and placed in a soft bag. Not good. A hard tube would have been better. The top and bottom edges of the black film was creased and crumpled badly. This may come out if I use heat during the application process. The gray I ordered had a gouge in it that went through the film and exposed the backing. This was so easy to see I'm surprised it was still shipped.

For the price I paid I got more than enough film for my needs so even the film having damage wasn't terrible.

I would purchase again as their price was good and shipping speed was adequate.

Ordered Oracal 951 vinyl in gold.... Immediately realized I needed gold pyrite.... So I emailed them immediately to no return email for days... Vinyl had already shipped but they still refused to recognized that I needed a different colour. After several emails this is what I get...Thank you for the response. Unfortunately, we do not offer to swap, sorry.

Thank you for the good quality squgees there stiff and hard perfect for the application I need and aren't flimsy. Also wanted to thank you for the fast shipping. I got a headliner and these squgees were exactly the right ones for this application since I had to remove the old torn up one with a new head liner. I got the squgees early then anticipated. So I got the job done earlier than expected. Thanks for these good quality products and fast shipping.

Rvinyl sent me a defective product. Attempted to blame me for it. They made no attempts to clarify or offer a solution.

It turns out a quick internet search will show that this is pretty standard for them. Send out bad or mismatch product, refuse to accept any accountability, blame the customer, pocket the money.

Pretty shameful considering they're marking the stuff up several thousand percent.

One of a very few that had the purple reflective vinyl I needed. Price was not bad either. Shipped very quickly. The vinyl looks exactly like the picture. I haven't used it yet so I'm not sure about the reflective quality yet. I'm sure it will be as advertised though!

Product is perfect and it arrived on time.

The vinyl arrived with a slight crease in it from shipping. It would benefit from being shipped in a cardboard tube.

Got here quick , I'm happy with it! Trying to wrap a few things but it challenging lol , the red and silver color's I ordered looked as shown and it was great packaging.Ty
