Geraldine was a brilliant move manager and made the process seamless. She constantly checked in with us and the solicitors and kept us updated every single week without a miss. She also answered all our questions, as first time buyers we had lots! But Geraldine clarified everything and was speedy with her responses. I had a really positive experience with Ryder & Dutton from start to finish.

The whole process felt very smooth and well managed. Their marketing and advertising of the property was excellent, which led to a huge amount of interest and a quick sale. Viewings were arranged efficiently and professionally.

The team were very organised and kept me well informed at every stage. From the valuer Owain Davies to the sale negotiator Lacey Williams and finally, the move manager Geraldine Marsden. I appreciated having this dedicated point of contact throughout the process. Geraldine was particularly helpful in coordinating communication between us and the solicitors, ensuring progress was made.

Ryder & Dutton have recently been helping my son with his first house purchase. We were dealing with Lacey Williams at the Oldham office who we found to be very friendly, extremely helpful and so efficient. She was enthusiastic from the beginning and very easy to talk to . Nothing seemed like too much trouble. She kept us up to date every week and replied straight away to any queries we had, liasing with the sellers when needed. Unfortunately after 6 months of waiting in a chain the sale fell through due to ill health of the seller, which although very dissapointing could not be helped.Lacey was very sympathetic to both sides and has since contacted us about similar houses in the area.I would definately not hesitate to use Ryder & Dutton Oldham again in the future.A very professional service at one of the most stressfull times in your life!
