Company is a joke

Company is a joke, I wish I could give then a negative star… We have been waiting almost a year for a part to get into stock. To tell you about all the run arounds, emails and just poor customer service would take writing a book for a review. We bought this for our Grandson and he used it a dozen times before the gears just fell apart. They will gladly sell you another $800 dollar toy but cant seem to figure out how to source the drive motors. I will also tell you that they remove reviews on Face book and their own site, only keeping those that rave about them. Most positive reviews are easy to tell they are fake just pay attention to the way it is written and the verbiage they use…

Fantastic company

Fantastic company. Their customer service is super responsive and helpful. They have all the spare parts for the ride in cars that I need. Pricing is reasonable. Highly recommend!

Worst company in my life

My son’s UTV broke after only a few uses. 26 emails later and hours of wasted time got me 80 more bucks out of my wallet and the completely wrong replacement parts. These toy are low quality and very high priced. Their customer service is so poor that it is borderline a scam. Also if you post a negative review on their website, it apparently gets blocked and will not show up.

Pinghu Shuangxi Baby Carrier Manufacture Co., Ltd

We ordered from Ryder Toys - a Christmas gift for our little one. It arrived with a defective headlight, defective taillights, malformed bumper that does not attach, and discolored plastic hood. We requested replacement electronics (warranty claim) - it's been >1 month and Ryder Toys has sent nothing. The order was also supposed to include car cover and license plate. Those have never even been shipped.

Ryder Toys does not make anything - it's an eCommerce storefront.

Not a USA product at all!

Ryder's "100% Joy Ride Promise" is meaningless. They have not honored anything. I get the sense this is how eCommerce influencers get to post videos from Tahiti.

In our experience, everything about Ryder Toys is consumer deception.

Our credit card provider has placed a partial hold on the purchase. Ryder should honor the warranty claim by sending replacement lights + send the car cover and license plate that they owe - before any hold is lifted. But Ryder is refusing to honor the warranty - unless they get the money first. If the credit card provider drops the hold, there is no consumer protection left and we'll be stuck paying full price for a defective product.

Update:
Ryder offered a refund and to send the missing items. I have not yet received anything - but will update review when I do.

I bought a little Jeep for my baby and…

I bought a little Jeep for my baby and I receive the car when I open. The car is damaged. Some wire are broken. I’ve been back-and-forth with emails with rider toys and last email I sent to them Friday Saturday Sunday and I didn’t get any response. Bad company.👎

Wish I had never ordered from them

We ordered an electric go kart from Ryder on 11/29/24, and it took until 12/13/24 to ship. In the meantime, the address on the delivery was changed without our permission by FedEx, and the package was delivered to another location far away from our address. When we reached out to Ryder for support in getting a refund or another item shipped, they stopped responding to us.

***SLOW*** NOT MADE IN USA

Its slow....States 12mph on the website but 13km/h on the manual. And 70kg weight limit. So Im guessing the "Made in the USA" is also a lie. Notice to manufacturer:....We dont use the metric scale here. Buy the "Flyer" from Walmart.

Company sent a vehicle missing the rear…

Company sent a vehicle missing the rear axle, the touchscreen did not work, and there is damage to the body. My daughter did not receive her ride for Christmas. Customer service has been slow to respond and told me they’re going to put me in line to order the sold out part but still not addressing the touchscreen or the body damage. Avoid this company you can get these vehicles off brand on other sites. Next time, I’ll just order off of Amazon.

Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service. No tracking number. Misrepresented delivery date repeatedly. Wouldn’t pick up calls, or return emails or vms to confirm shipping. Didn’t arrive on Xmas as promised, ruined my son’s Xmas. Avoid this company. Bad company.

Ruined Christmas

Ruined Christmas! My girls have been talking about getting this for a month and a half. I was so excited for them. There were multiple issues with ordering and fulfillment, but the worst of all is that Ryder Toy’s didn’t include the hardware pack to put the car together! Now the car is sitting upside down in my living room. How do I explain this to two little girls who will be heart broken on Christmas morning? What an absolute mess. Everything is closed, and I can’t get them a good present. I’m beyond pissed, right now!

Do not do business with these people

Do not do business with these people. The quality is terrible, and they refuse to respond to replacement parts that were damaged during shipping and inoperable components. Dealing with them is a nightmare.

I would give 0 if I could!!

I would give 0 if I could!!! I ordered a pink truck Dec 10th. Immediately $836 was charged. I got emails saying my order was received and allow 3-4 days for shipping and tracking email. Still nothing 11 days later. I’ve called the company numerous times. I got one person to answer who said they would look into where it’s at and return my call and email me within an hour. Nothing and that was 24hours ago. I’ve sent emails for 2 days with 0 responses. I tried their online chat system. I was told I’d get a response with 9 min. That was 24 hours ago with no response. I finally got a hold of someone else today who told me it was out of stock they were so sorry. Mind you this was my child’s only wish from Santa and her only gift! Sorry doesn’t help. No one contacted me to tell me it was out of stock. Their website still states 5 pink trucks IN STOCK. No one has even attempted to refund my money. Now it’s too late to order a pink car from elsewhere and receive it. This company is a joke!!! DO MOT BUY FROM THEM. They should ashamed and from other reviews… they should be put out of business. I fear I will never get my $836 back either.

This company has terrible customer…

This company has terrible customer service. My card was charged $900 for a power truck for Christmas. They didn’t notify me it was out of stock for over a week and too late to order anything else in time. It took them a week to respond to an email and they do not answer the customer service phone number.

Broken parts with no resolution offered

Ordered $800 car for my daughter for Christmas and purchased the shipping experience. Car arrived with broken body parts, and was told by customer service that 'body parts are not included in shipping insurance.' Absolute waste of time and money, extremely frustrated, now have $800 broken toy to give to my daughter.

Long rides are not an issue

Long rides are not an issue! I was afraid that colder weather will drain the battery much faster but we haven't noticed any significant difference. Runs as it did during the summer. We are likely getting another one next year.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. I read these awful reviews and figured I’d give them a shot. The quality of these cars is really poor. When installing screws for the steering into the car the heads broke off leaving the new car useless. Imagine if your kids are riding around in the this and the steering screws break. I honestly can’t believe they use such poor quality hardware for an 800 dollar kids car.
