Unfortunately, I am one of the few who didn't check the company on this website. My story is the same as everyone else on here. Placed an order that I didn't receive, only to be told that it had been lost in transit by someone called Joy. Complete scam. I have now requested a refund but given that the script seems to be unfolding much like the other reviews on here, I doubt I'll see my money back. Do not even think about buying anything from them.

I ordered their cordless vacuum for £179 on 15th October... after many emails (no response) I emailed to say I wanted a refund. I finally got a reply from Joy who agreed to give me refund less 15% because they had shipped the vacuum?? Royal Mail definitely doesn't have it. Have emailed again but surprise surprise no reply. Don't have anything to do with this company! I wil be amazed if I get my money back or get a vacuum delivered.

Ordered a hoover almost 3 weeks ago & still waiting for delivery. They've answered 1 email & despite sending a couple more asking for confirmation of a tracking number we have heard nothing. Terrible communication/customer service.

Unfortunately 1 star was the lowest I could go. This company is a complete sham and Joy who is their resident AI customer service has been designed to frustrate the return process. Anyone thinking of buying this vacuum cleaner which has been falsely reviewed, Don’t. The product is useless. It sucks in every way but the right way. I sent 20 emails back and forth and just got the same response from AI Joy. If you paid by credit card immediately start the return process which is having to email support at moonpod.uk They will try everything to exhaust you but you can then provide this as evidence to your credit card company and get a charge . This is your only hope.

I placed my order on the 16th, I patiently waiting for the order to arrive but the tracking number said they were expecting it, after 5 emails to moon pod customer service they claim the order has been lost by the carrier, I'm now going to cancel an get a refund.

dreadful vacuum complete waste of money. Read all the other review. I feel such a fool as I was suckered in by a so called expert who rated it above Miele. Dyson, Shark etc at half the cost! DO NOT USE THE TOP 5 OR 7 REVIEWERS OF CORDLESS ANYTHING!! All liars and cheats

On 12th October 2024 I ordered the MoonPod Vacuum Cleaner for £179.00. On review this seems to be the only thing they sell. a week went by and I had not received my order. The Royal Mail tracking number and Royal Mail themselves confirmed that this had not been received into their network, however when asking Ryelo directly, they told me that the carrier had lost it, which was a blatant lie.

You can only contact these people via email and they do not reply.

Do not buy from this company

Stupidly I purchased before reading reviews. Contacted them within 20 mins of placing the order stating I wished to cancel.

No response for 2 days and then an email stating it is too late as it has shipped!!!

Will not accept the delivery and will start a chargeback claim with my credit card provider as this is clearly a scam business

Do not go near this company as their customer service is diabolical.I have been waiting for a vacuum cleaner now for 10 days and can only contact them by email.I have just read about the product which sounds just as bad.I have asked for a refund but it seems very unlikely that I will receive one.

They claim to sell all manner of electrical appliances but the only product available on the website is the Moonpod cordless vacuum which, it turns out, is a low-quality Chinese import (but doesn't tell you that on the website). They also claim an average 4.5 star rating on Trustpilot, but it is just a screen shot and not a link - this is the first Trustpilot review! The actual vacuum is underpowered in its default mode, which means you have to increase the power to get any decent suction therefore decreasing the run time. The 2 accessories are cheap plastic and fit badly. You can't get in touch with Ryelo, instead you have to get in touch with moonpod.uk but, as it turns out, they are operated by the same people! Oh, and they will try everything to stop you getting your money back once you realise how bad the hoover is.
