Beware of UNIUNI, they have been more that unhelpful.
After inputting all my personal information, like credit card, address etc. The saber was purchased, and then took 3 weeks to ship, upon arrival in my home town it says that the "The Address was incomplete" and it failed to be delivered. Instead of me being contacted, the saber was shipped back to Ontario, I spent money on the saber, it failed to arrive, now I am without $300 and a saber. I have not received communications back from saberX OR the postal service.

I just wish they'd used FedEx or something instead of Canada post cause how can the website say 3 business days if Canada post are on strike, maybe don't state 3 business days if you're using Canada post when on strike. So it took at least 3 weeks. The checkout did not say it would be Canada post.

I purchased the $99 Mystery Box the last week in October and with not knowing which hilt would be in the box I was a bit concerned which one would arrive. I received the Droid Saber and upon assembly and testing it out I’m quite pleased with the quality and how it performs. On the actual product I would rate 5/5 for price and quality. Where saber X loses a star on their review, well the communication is lacking. I emailed them for tracking info and got no response, tried again about 5 days later and still crickets. Finally after 10 days since my first email they responded asking me to contact their customer service department. Overall all I’m happy with the purchase and will likely shop again but really would appreciate better communication. May the force be with you.

The delivery time and packaging was very poor. I received the saber a month after the order was placed and the package was damaged. However the Saber was amazing, great quality and no defects. The product is amazing!

I'm sure lightsaber will be fine but can't know because I'm still waiting for delivery. Why do I keep getting asked to review a product I haven't even recieved yet?
Update 3 weeks in and no response
UPDATE: The shipping of my product was by a different shipper than explained. I was told my package was coming via Purolator, when it was actually coming by Dragonfly. Once i could track the packaage I found where it was. The lightsaber was delivered, and for a $99.00 mystery sword, it works pretty well. the product is great value for the price.
Now they just need to improve their communications.
I placed an order 3 weeks ago. I have emailed or messages 3 times over the last 3 weeks an have recieved zero communications in return. At my second attempt at messaging i got shipping notice, but the notice has not been filled, so it was litterally just creating a shipping tag. I have seen years of good reviews for SaberX, so i dont understand this level of screw up. Perhaps the boss is on Vacation, but im not thrilled with the lack of response.

The saber is good quality
The saber is good quality, but the shipping process and customer service is a bit of a hassle. I asked what safety features are included with the battery/charging (if a protection circuit was part of the PCB), and they did not answer my question adequately. I was able to find the information once it arrived, so all is well. Ultimately, I am satisfied.
99$ mystery saber
I got the 99$ mystery saber, ordered it a few days before Canada Post suddenly went on strike...again. They worked diligently as they could to get the product out under trying circumstances and I commend them for it. I got the saber today and lit it up, it's a beautiful product with a wide array of features.
Value and choices
My whole family is slowly turning into a Saberx family. I love it. I was sad to see that the pink hilt was being discontinued. I have a daughter and daughter in law that love pink.
Wrong Colour in Order
I received my First Steps Lightsaber & I absolutely loved it. The blade was amazing & the sound effects plus colour was great. My only issue is that I received the wrong colour, I ordered black & I received blue. I sent a customer support message but haven’t heard back. I’m pretty upset about the colour change as I needed the black for an upcoming cosplay & I paid a lot of money to receive the wrong colour. Other than that though the packaging is great and the actual saber is awesome.

Mystery Sabers... You Get What You Pay For
Can't complain about the value of a $99 mystery saber, but after waiting a month (when the website heavily implies 10-14 days) and having to ask for an update 3 times before getting a reply (but no update on my order), the saber itself was underwhelming. Spend the extra money and buy the saber you want.

Good quality for a good price
Good quality for a good price. Shipping time was reasonable and the product was in good condition and well packaged. As luck would have it, I purchased a randomized saber through the mystery box offer and received a model that I already owned, but now I can combine the two and use them as a saber staff.
