I had window and doors replaced. I found the whole experience a good one. Always kept informed about progress and skilled fitters doing excellent work. Finished product looks amazing. I would have no hesitation in recommending Safe & Sound Windows. Very happy.

Just had full house windows and door fitted. Craig and the team were very professional and constantly checked if we were happy with the work as they went along. Very happy with the service and have already recommended to friends.

Had a new tiled roof installed by safe and sound and now I can finally use my conservatory in the summer. Just hoping it’s as effective in the winter months. Liam and Steve did a fantastic job installing it over 2 days and all the plastering work was efficient and tidy. One happy customer!

To be honest I wouldn’t even give one star I think that’s too much. From paying our deposit it took far too long our date was cancelled and we were given a date nearly a month after, then when the job was started it was very substandard to the point we asked them not to carry on as it wasn’t what we had discussed on arranging with salesman what we wanted, then when guy came to fit door it was broken and half the fittings were missing the job has now been all redone but we’re having problems with the door, my father is 82 yrs old and sometimes he just cannot open it, we have called multiple times and ever time they say we’ll get someone to call you in the next half hour or hour to which they just don’t, so all I would say about this company is to steer clear at all cost

Cancelled order - unable to get refund of deposit despite numerous calls and emails- rude and condescending staff. Clearly out to scam. Safe and Sound now lying to credit card company about cancellation. Do not use

Do not use. Everything went wrong, The installer was rude with such bad personal skills my wife had to ask him to leave the house. Incredibly untidy and wrecked carpet in our house.

They only ever gave us 10% but the stress and anxiety it caused my disabled wife was incalcuable.

Do not use this company. Even if they seems respectable, they are a shambles from the very top, when the manager promised to ring back he never does.

Had a new stable door fitted by them. Did a grand job but started rubbing against frame. Rang them up and had to wait a few days but sent a guy to come out and fix the problem. Now works fine. Good quality and straight forward.

Firstly the scaffolders broke my roofing someone came out and said it would be sorted I personally had to sort it
Secondly one of my gutters has been leaking I’ve sent various emails , phoned office and used the watts app
I’ve been ignored
Do not trust this company
Someone has fixed it and I have pictures of their poor workmanship

Poor organisation to arrange fitting date. Failed to arrange a visit to repair broken window pane. However windows of a good quality and fitter very competent.

Guttering was falling off because of the bad weather. My friend had used this company to sort hers out so I rang them up. Good price and I knew by the job they had done on my friends house they were decent. Turned up a bit late but got the job done and I'm very happy with the results. Would use again.

Safe and sound windows Installers were amazing! The crew was professional, courteous. Our new doors are beautiful and operate smoothly. We’re very pleased with the result.

I was contacted by a brilliant guy called Wayne who ha been tasked with sorting this out. Within 30 minutes of speaking to him I had the full refund in my bank account. So credit where credit is due. They took responsibility to fix what was broken which is great.

I initially signed for a composite door. It was all done the same day at home and just paid a partial deposit. I’m so grateful I did as despite being promised I had a 14 day cooling off period I am still waiting for a refund. I just wanted to have time to make sure I was doing the right thing as I had felt rushed. I explained that I would more than likely choose them at a later date. However not any more. I have phoned repeatedly and over a month later I am still waiting despite being promised each time the refund was being actioned. I have now raised it with my Credit Card to resolve. I am also looking at reporting it to an official body as they should honour the cooling off period. I do not take pleasure in writing negative reviews but felt I had no option on this occasion.

Kyle who came to fit my windows was absolutely lovely. He was really efficient and tidy with his work and the quality was excellent.

I have just had a new front door fitted and I’m very pleased with it. It looks lovely and workmanship is second to none. Not only is my hallway much warmer but also quieter too. Service throughout and been very good and would happily use this local company again.

We yesterday meet Mark Craig and Conner who arrived in time to fit 9 Windows & 3doors was not looking forward to it as EXPECTED A RIGHT MESS

I was wrong. From introducing them selves explaining what they where doing to doing the whole thing in one day. Was absolutely FANTASTIC.

Had 7 new windows and 2 doors fitted yesterday. Can’t tell you what difference they have made. Look unbelievable. Craig the fitter was brilliant. The whole service from start to finish was smooth with no problems. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Top class job

Craig and Mark arrived at 9am and finished at 4.30pm, removing and installing eight windows without a break. They were pleasant and efficient, respectful of property and clearing up after themselves as they went. I can thoroughly recommend their workmanship - windows are windows after all - but I'm very pleased with these.

They knock on mum's door and pressured her into paying £1800 deposit. She called me (her daughter) that evening saying what had happen and I said I look into the company. On doing an online review of Safe and Sound Windows the following morning, mum sent and email to cancel order and I also phone up on mum behalf. Order was cancelled on 16th January and mum still not received the refund and the company as not replied back to any of the emails. Mum also received a call on Sunday advising her that surveyor would be coming around to do the measurements on the Monday. This was weeks after mum had cancelled the order but they are still trying to push the sale through.

In response to the reply from safe and sound, I would like to add the following comments. The refund was only made on the 18th of March over two months after the deposit was made and as stated about the order cancelled within 24 hours. Refund was only made after the bank made contact with the company bank, as payment was made by credit card.

Up to this point despite many attempts by phone, text and email to getting contact with the company there was no response to any of the above

The fitting experience was excellent. The guys were respectful, tidy, skilful and constantly included us in the process asking us for input and giving us choices. We were very happy with the results and will definitely use them again.
