I ordered a garden Cultivator. After waiting ages,I received a cheap necklace in an envelope. When I asked the Amazon driver where my BIG Parcel was, he said that it was all he had, and the number of my house is 21,but on the envelope it was 766,and our numbers only go up to 30.I only got the envelope because a neighbour new our name and told the driver where we were. Obviously we can't get in touch with the company. Got a refund from the bank. But now they are disputing it.

Scammed. no contact, no delivery.

My husband placed order 2 months ago, nothing been sent.
I always review company’s feedback first, my husband didn’t!

I ordered an electric jack on the 26/05/2025 from Safelift, it never arrived. I've been scammed.

Like others, placed order for 4 step ladder (£34.97). Since had notification of delivery on 16th July - Not delivered. Tried to email them & email bounced back. Website also taken down. Like someone also mentioned, a stupid little string novelty bracelet was delivered !!! Total scammers - how are lowlifes like this allowed to get away with these scam schemes. Now trying through credit card company for a chargeback - fingers crossed 🤞

I have been scammed
What actually arrived was a cheap worthless trinket.
Complained to my bank, but the scammers have delivery proof.
So I've paid £35 for a worthless piece of junk,and now there website has been taken down, probably raked in thousands of pounds from people.
Totally disgusting

Took money but never received order. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a car jack £30 hopeless all I receive is the package was lost. Another modern day scam that some how with all the technology gets through the net.

Total scam. Ordered hydraulic jack and received cheap chain with cross and an email from Amazon saying it had been delivered. No reply to countless emails. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered item, Electric car jack, never arrived, stated on delivery email that can track ,when tried to it says service unavailable, really dissatisfied with level of response as zero reply.
Stated at one point delivered through the door mailbox, really.......

Paid for an item and have never recieved it. Now the website has been taken down. I have defo need scammed.

Like a number of people, purchased a ladder a link for tracking received it does not work the product did not arrived.

Check with companies house company does not exist
I am going to report this a fraud
A big con I hope all involved rot in hell.
