They are scammers - the product never arrived!!
Mine was supposedly delivered at 03.14am!!
They don’t answer emails or messages!
Can’t get a refund!
Next step Small Claims court!!

Scam Alert! Do not buy. I bought rotary cultivator but recieved a small 10p necklace.

I ordered a Safelift Pro car jack from these scammers. At the time I thought that advertising through Facebook and using Shopify, this company would be genuine - it wasn't. The money was taken by Shopify who say they don't deal with scammers but refer my comments / complaints to SafeLift and wont deal with them directly. My address, like others, was changed but not enough for me not to get the delivery. A cheap worthless cross and chain arrived. I have sent emails etc - no reply.
TOTAL SCAMMERS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

Safelift PRO are the scum of the earth. They are nothing but online criminals, taking money then not delivering the goods.
I ordered a Electric 5 ton Car Lift Jack Kit.
I have sent then numerous emails over the past few months, requesting where my goods are (paid for in good faith) and have not received any response back.
I tracked the number they gave me, which said it had been delivered to a address on my road that does not exist.
I contacted the Carrier (Yun Express) who said they no nothing about a package for me, as the tracking number does not correspond to anything. They also told me that Amazon do the last few miles of a delivery. I contacted Amazon who said yes they had delivered to house number 4330. There is no such number on my road. The houses on my road only go to 193. The address I gave was correct on my order form.
One of these companies or all of them together are running one big scam and taking peoples money in return for nothing. Be Very Aware who you buy from.

Utter scam
I ordered stepladders.
They delivered a worthless small chain to the wrong address and then won’t answer emails. Amazon are the last mile carrier but they refuse to be involved.

Ordered a cordless cultivator, correct address on order delivery was sent to a different number in my street which doesn’t exist ,I rearranged delivery when it did arrive a small jiffy bag with a silver looking ring in.I have sent numerous emails with photos no response.Total scam gives other mail order companies a bad name wouldn’t advise anyone to order off them

Just a scam you will lose your money 100% I don’t know why it not been shutdown

I ordered portable shower from this company, I tracked its location, it stated it had been delivered, but I was in all day and I have a ring camera which shows no one arrived at my door. I e sent two emails but received nothing back from them, I will continue to chase this up as I refuse to be scammed by companies like this. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THOSE COMPANY!

I got a cheap bracelet instead of the car jack. Also address falsely labelled. Seems to be this company's schtick.

Oh dear I think I have fallen to a scammer as well ordered a safelift car jack address was completely wrong no response to any e mails says it was a bracelet will not ever use safelift again avoid this company at all costs

Te company from China changed my address, can only presume to make it undeliverable
But the delivery man called me and got the correct address
When the package arrived it was a cheap metal necklace. Not very good at lifting my car

My dad ordered a ladder and was completely scammed and confused when he received a cheap cross necklace through the post.

This is disgusting! The tracking details all indicate that the correct order was shipped, however again an incorrect house number was added to the small package.

SCAM avoid!!!! Gave wrong address number. Local post man knows where I live. Got sent small chain worth 50p. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!Not replying to emails or returns!!

Ordered a ladder, sent from China, possibly, but the address was completely wrong, therefore undeliverable, correct road and postcode, but number changed to 889, only 42 houses in road !! No reply to emails. Bank informed, and trading standards. Avoid this company, it is a total scam.

Same as everyone else - I normally check on Trust Pilot first and didnt so wish I did - complete scam - they changed the number on our address and sent us a cross and chain - lost £34.97!

Would have given zero if I could ... I agree with other comments they are a SCAM ... product never received and no response to emails.
