Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 101 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers reported issues with their orders, frequently receiving incorrect or worthless items instead of the products they purchased, such as car jacks or ladders. The delivery service was also a major point of dissatisfaction, with many experiencing non-delivery, packages sent to incorrect or non-existent addresses, or items supposedly delivered but never received. Reviewers consistently noted a complete lack of response from the company, with emails going unanswered and customer service being unreachable, leading to significant frustration and disappointment. This lack of communication extended to tracking information, which was often unavailable or inaccurate, further exacerbating the negative experience for many.

Nothing went right & there would be no star if it was an option. As with others we ordered the ladders & after weeks of waiting a message from Amazon to say they've been left in a mail slot with not a clue as to which locker so god knows what's been left to fit in a locker. So hopefully people read the reviews before they order as you get no reply from safelift
It looks like they've been getting away with it for years so please save yourself alot of hasle& don't bother

Do not shop with Safelift-UK

Do not shop with Safelift-UK! They are a bunch of Chinese crooks & you will not receive what you ordered! The worst company I’ve ever encountered, zero delivery & zero customer service. Just a bunch of scammers, please don’t use them ever, shocking bunch of thieves!! It would now appear they’ve removed their site, they will pop up again with a new site!

Safelift-uk.com is a scam site

Safelift-uk.com is a scam site. Avoid at all cost. I ordered a step ladder. The same experience as many they had my address right on the order confirmation but on the tracking from Yung Express the address stated was not my house and does not exist. After several unsuccessful attempts to deliver by Amazon Shipping, I used their website to correct delivery address to my house. The item I received in a padded envelope was a worthless charm.note both couriers were innocent parties.

Beware scam

This is a full on scam, how do these people get away with taking your money. They even send you a tracking number ans then say its been delivered. If only there was someway of tracking them down.
Hopefully others will learn from all the negative reviews

Wish I'd read trustpilot first

Wish I'd read trustpilot first, this company is a total scam, I ordered a set of step ladders, had plenty of emails about when it would arrive, when it did arrive, by amazon by the way! It was a jiffy bag with a tiny metal cross and chain. Don't use this company. I dont think amazon know they are being used as courier for a scam

This company is a total scam

This company is a total scam, I ordered a stepladder and was delivered a jiffy bag containing a cheap necklace. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, if in fact there is a company. I have emailed them several times with no reply.

SafeLift don't respond

Oh, I wish I’d read the trustpilot reviews before I ordered my stepladder ladder. Silly me.
Safe lift don’t even bother to respond so now fighting to get my money back through Nationwide that seems to be a challenge even though they already know about it. I should’ve been suspicious when I realise they don’t accept PayPal that certainly something I won’t forget. I wonder how safe lift will respond to trust pilots email
