Very bad experience
You are given a strict timing on the ticket, we were 15 minutes late to the appointment due to traffic issues and were NOT able to come in anymore. Afterwards terrible customer service, that did not listen to the story or try to understand.

Amazing but need an app to get tickets
The sagrada familia was amazing! The only reason I give it 4 stars is because you have to download the app to get the ticket. It should just be sent to your email instead of having to download the app. It’s inconvenient when you don’t have wifi or data.

Do not miss the appointment... It doesn't matter if you have a health issue or something else... They don't care at all. They will take your money no matter what. We went 1 hour later because my wife passed out and they refused to let us in because we were out of schedule... And the worst part when i asked for a refund or rearrange they said we are sorry but no... No sir you are not sorry... Thank you very much

Waste of time and money
We had to wait over an hour after ordering the tickets. We couldn’t enter the property until receiving the tickets which took forever. Super misleading and unprofessional.

Not the ticket I wanted
I only realised after I had got to the cathedral that I didn’t have tickets that allowed me to climb the towers. I don’t think it was clear on the site what options were available.

This is not the official page, is more expensive than the official one and had to ask for the tickets via email as they don't send you them straight away after you purchase like any other page.
