Our experience has been a disaster and…
Our experience has been a disaster and I am extremely mad choosing you. I purchased 2 tickets and our access to visit Sagrada has been denied because we arrived 20 minutes late. We have a 1 year baby and we wore supposed to visit Sagrada together with the baby. Unfortunately we were late (life with a small baby is unpredictable) and we were not allowed to enter. I was thinking that even if the hour is specified in the mail we will be allowed to visit Sagrada starting with that hour. I really regret our choise to buy tickets from you and I claim the full refund. Otherwise I will write about our experience on Google and on all social media alternatives.

Bought 4 adult tickets for 104 euro. Was charged a management fee of an additional 40 euro. The official website did not say anything about a management fee. Very deceptive. Very overrated and overcrowded. I will advise others to skip the tour.

Buy online in advance
I was surpriced, that to go to the church is soo complicated.
You can not buy tickets at that place and you have to come on your exact time when you finally buy them online for 3 days later.
I came 1 hour later and was not allowed to go in and was not able to change the entrance ticket time.
Instead I was recommended to buy another ticket for 40 Euros.
So I did not visit that church.

Disregard to customers
I ordered tickets in good faith I'd receive them however they were misleading to cover their own tracks at every step of the way. My wife and I were planning to see Sagrada Familia, booked the 15.00-19.00 time slot (at 14.16 I receive the confirmation email), and there was no indication of any other time. We arrive to Sagrada Familia and are denied entry saying we were 30 minutes late. Nowhere in the confirmation does it mention a specific time, only in the pdf (which indeed indicated 15.45). This is in extremely bad faith to leave this detail so hidden, as it only gave us less than an hour and a half when we were under the impression it should've been anytime between 15.00-19.00. I tried to open a dispute but was ghosted. Extremely unfair to a young just-out-of-college couple for 2 pricey tickets. Very disappointed.

Terrible experience - to Avoid
Terrible, first you brand yourself as official ticket seller but you are not. only intermediary / reseller You indicate a time on the ticket but it is infact a 3 hours time frame with specific hour only mentionned once ticket are edited. This cause us to have to wait with 2 kids in hot temperature for 2h30 during summer. I tried to contact client services but no one answered.
