Everything as described

Everything as described, complete and on time :-). New trolley wheels transformed my experience, making it much easier to manage the boat on land, during launch and when returning land and bringing her in. :-)

Communication.

Communication.
It's not everyday one needs a new suit of sails for a relatively unknown boat - a Laser Stratos Keel.
You guys at Sailing Chandlery were spot on with advice, help and guidance.
When I was getting nervy about when/would my sails arrive an email conversation was all it took to calm my nerves!
As I said - communication.
