Good as always
Good as always. However, no choice of note denominations and charge for envelope. Staff polite and efficient. Had to wait over 5 minutes whilst the person in front of me faffed about !!

I placed this order using my nectar card and to reserve it for pick up. The staff at my local store are extremely helpful and efficient. The only reason you lost a star is because side you do not give customers the option to choose the denominations of the currency. Fortunately, the staff at the collection were able to fulfil my request in this, please offer this option online !

Ordering online was easy. In store, the member of staff was unable to find the order amongst the batched up orders despite finding it on the system. However she quickly resolved it from the till.

Having to pay 25p for a paper envelope is an insult when changing large sums of money. This appears to be penny pinching of the first order.
