Very easy process
Very easy process, even for a Luddite like me! Took advantage of the exchange rate sale which gave me a few extra euros. The friendly member of staff at the kiosk asked me where I’m going which added to my holiday vibe.

Not so easy collection
Easy to order online but on collection the lady at the counter made me very nervous as when counting the money, she said oh I am €50 short in the pile, oh I add one then when counting the rest, said oh that to much , had to get her to check the amount X2, I had pre order the money and was adviced it was read for collection, but obvious not checked correctly

The whole experience was simple from order to collection
The money was easy to order for collection on a day of my choosing. The money was ready on collection and the young man counted out the money to confirm I had the right amount. It was in varying denominations which will make life easier on holiday.
