We don't all want our lives made more complex.

I simply wished to purchase Euros, normally a straightforward procedure, but found it made so complex by my usual supplier's app insisting that I consider obtaining a Travel Card that I gave up. My first time using Sainsburys was simple online, allowing me to pick up my travel cash at their local store a couple of hours later.
