Great Scent and beautiful design. We like it. Only the packaging was horrifying. A huge big carton filled with bubble wrap an Styropor. Five times as big as needed. They dispose their garbage to the Customer. However - a beautiful product.

Customer service very disappointing!
I have always loved the quality of Salt & Pepper. However, i just bought 4 “service sets” plus all the accompanying serving dishes, oven dishes, bowls …. I have a large family and i like everything to match on the table when we get together. The majority of sets were as expected, however, several of the large plates and small plates have white patches on the edges. These make the plates look as if they are chipped.
I put in a complaint with photographs, but was told that this was normal. This I found very strange as at least 80% of what i bought does not have these marks. I spent a considerable amount of money on this dinner service and i feel very disappointed.
I did not ask for a free replacement but how i could replace these plates without having to buy another full service set!

I am sorry that we were not able to provide you with the service you desired. The collection you purchased does indeed have these characteristics, this can also be seen in the photos online and our sample products in our showroom.. This is due to the use of reactive glaze in this collection.
We can indeed not help you further with this remark. Nevertheless, we hope you will enjoy the dinnerware together with your large family.
