Very poor experience – conflicting information and delayed delivery

I've been waiting for 5 days to receive a package that should have arrived much sooner. When I track it via AWB, it says the parcel has been at the local branch for over a day, but the chatbot on their website says it has "just arrived at our central warehouse."

This is completely unacceptable. The tracking information is contradictory and unreliable. I have no idea where my package actually is or when it will be delivered. It’s not the first time I’ve experienced delays with Sameday, but this time the lack of clarity makes it even more frustrating.

Slow delivery, poor communication, and a useless tracking system.

I do not recommend using their services.

1 star - "Fake" delivery, no call, then return without explanation

Parcel delayed well past the due date, and on April 29 it shows "delivery failed" - even though I received no call, no text, no real attempt to contact.

The same minute, the parcel was returned to the sender, without me even knowing it was the last "chance".

Not the first time this has happened with Sameday. But it's the last time I'll accept it.

Practices like this - ticking boxes in the system instead of actual delivery - are not just unprofessional, but a form of institutionalized lie.

An excuse for a delivery company

An excuse for a delivery company. Had an "unsuccessful" delivery where nobody even called. Next day couldn't contact anybody for 3 hours straight. After I did contact them told them that I will be on the address tomorrow and to deliver tomorrow and they said okay. Same day they called they are on the address and I said that I want the delivery tomorrow. Today is that day and guess what the delivery isn't here and their business hours are past. These guys are a joke.

My address apperantly is not valid

Told my address is invalid continously, say they can't find the address on any map. Meanwhile no other courier service has issues finding it!

Worst delivery company

Fist they claimed that they wanted to deliver the package. We have been at home the whole time, nobody contacted us. After trying to call them 5 times for aroun 30 minutes, nobody picked up. Wrote email, never received an answer. Then I went there in person, and got promised to get notified within two days. That never happened and the package went back. I ordered it again and now I got a self pickup delivery. went there entered the code, box opened, but there was no box. It was empty. Now again nobody picks up after trying to cantact them. Now there is a chance that they wont give my money back because I have no proof that the box was empty.

Worst courier company and worst delivery driver

Worst courier company and worst courier driver I wonder why so many serious companies like eMag, Reiffeisen, Banca Transilvania, Elephant, Altex, etc. are using this delivery service when many of us will gladly pay 1 ron more for a decent experience.
I had many mishaps with this delivery company, this is the worst:
I was supposed to receive a letter requiring signature
Guy was supposed to show between 7 and 11 am but didn't. I called and he said that he took the route the other way so he will show around 6pm. I asked why would he send a time and then do the opposite, who is paying for my hours waiting for him and his response was that it is not his problem, the system does that automatically and he will not call everybody to let them know he would's show up.
Long story short, I costed me a full day of work (calculate that is your own money value) to receive a package that costed probably 10 lei and having a conversation with a rude delivery person that calmed down a bit when I said I will inform the company because this is unacceptable. This happened in the Targu Ocna region this fall, I don't recall the exact date, I am writing this review now because I had another situation just today reminded me of so many other situations with this company that I don't recall ever having a good experience with.

Avoid this company!

The package picked up in Bucharest/Romania arrived at the local warehouse in Timisoara/Romania the next day. Nothing happens for 2 days, then it is marked as "unsuccessful attempt", which is false, there was no attempt. After another 4 days, a text message is sent that an "automatic return" will be made. Following a phone call with Sameday, the return is canceled, and it takes another 3 days until it is delivered. Total: 10 days + nerves, arguments, uncertainties.

I had no contact number to call the…

I had no contact number to call the courier and the package was sent back.it didn't arrive in the day I was told. Now I need to find other solution for my client for which the order was for. I wouldn't recommned them ever.

Despicable attitude!

This guy from the courier company Sameday Romania, who delivered my package, was a total jerk because, after he delivered my package, he simply swore at me (before closing the car door to make sure I heard him)! The reason for the reaction he had escalated because I pointed out to him that the package had arrived opened, even though I had selected on AWB package "opening for inspection at delivery", as he stated, opened the package for me to inspect it.... "to save time" - his words! Amazing!

Black hole

Black hole - 3 shipments in one month, 3 losses, 2 compensations and one non-compliant packaging (?!), 5 phones at CC with long waiting times. Damage over 150 euro. Thank you sameday!

Execrable service

I sent a parcel from an easybox in my city to an easy box in my parents' city in Romania. The whole process lasted 10 days (irony to the name "SAMEDAY"), there was no real support from the company via telephone or email. Execrable services.

Returned my order in 24h instead of delivering for 6 whole DAYS!

Order arrived from partner in 24h and after 6 DAYS of keeping my package in their central warehouse, they RETURNED it in another 24h to my partner! This is unacceptable. There isn't something more humiliating and more disgraceful than their support service that replies that they don't know anything about your shipment.

The courrier took 19 days after…

The courrier took 19 days after ordering the pickup to come pick it up. After that the tracking was updated for 2 days. Now 4 weeks later it still says in transit.

According to them "the parcel was returned to sender" (I was the sender) and never received back anything. Tracking hasn't received any update at all.

I'll just assume they stole my package.

And yes this was through eMag, which also made the experience 10x times harder. Don't order from eMag and never use sameday. Only Alza from now on. At least they have an amazing delivery service, return process and customer support.

This company misplaced my parcel

This company misplaced my parcel. Costumer service is non existed, I can't get through on a phone to them and they don't respond to emails. I have paid a lot of money for a product and a month later I still haven't got my product or my money back. Avoid this company at any cost!!!
