Fantastic quality and customer service
First of all the quality of the products is excellent, so far I am delighted with every item I bought. Then their customer service is Service with a capital S!! My question on a minor price difference online and instore was settled immediately by Cecilie.

I’ve ordered a shirt for my son. Unfortunately was the package empty when it arrived to my service point. I contacted Kristoffer at custom service. He was so helpful and everything went so fast and smooth: my refund and my new order on the shirt. This time the shirt arrived safely and my sons Christmasgift.

Bought a vest via a boutique in my country. On the SS website the vest was sold out in my size but I was able to find it at a concept store and directly bought it. So far I’m not regretting it! Very pleased with the quality/price.

After charging me £10 for delivery..My…
After charging me £10 for delivery..My parcel was sent to the wrong address, I live at 52 and they put number 5 on the parcel. The lady at that address had to open the parcel and get my number off my invoice to call me about it. When I checked my confirmation email I had indeed put number 52, twice!! When my partner tried on the top that said ‘relaxed fit’ on the website it didn’t go anywhere near him. Very small sizings!! To add insult to injury they then charge you £11 to send your return back. Disgusting!! For an expensive brand returns should be Free!! Will never shop there again

best Customer service in the World!
I had some problems with my payments, because ideal didn't work properly. Because of this reason i was forced to contact the customer service. There i met a lovely person named Cecilie.
